Amara's Diary: When Nothing Free Ever Lasts

Amara's Diary: When Nothing Free Ever Lasts

"I'm sorry, I mean Kitahara-san. I thought... when did you start playing bass?" He was already listening with an automatic smile on his face but when the corners of his lips stretched out further, I wanted to die. He's secretly laughing at me, isn't he? "Hmm...Well, the company's guitarist was better at playing than me...so- wait, how do you know I switched?" "Ah, well... Kagami let me listen to your old songs once, I didn't remember hearing a bass." "Ahhh, well, yeah. I think the bass suits me more but the guitar will always be my first love. I'd like to be with her," he sighed dramatically. "But it just didn't work out."

The lost Star

The lost Star

Baji whispered while admiring the beauty of it. "Oh? It's not the original model but rather it's a customized. The wheels are huge !!" Kazutora was also amazed. "But this Yamaha guitar model is an original one." Baji whispered as he watched the guitar displayed on the side of the motor. "Let's get this out quickly!" Kazutora whispered. He took the chain cutter he was carrying and cut the chain on the motor. Baji took the guitar and put it inside its case and slammed it behind him.

I Was Here

I Was Here

First Kiss Eric: I know a music store near our high school. Irina: Really? Okay we’ll go. Eric: 4:00 PM, Irina: Copy that 4:00 PM ‘Which one do you like?’ he asked. I was looking at the number of guitars displayed at the music store. There are couples of electric guitars, bass guitar, ukulele and acoustic guitar that come in different sizes. ‘Which one do you play?’ I asked. ‘Acoustic guitar and bass guitar,’ he said. ‘I have like one of those,’ he added and pointed to the lengthy dark blue electric bass guitar.

Billionaire’s Mistake: Claiming the Wrong Bride

Billionaire’s Mistake: Claiming the Wrong Bride

She had once found a violin of excellent quality there, but she had never been willing to spend the money. Now she could afford it. “Let us go look.” Sierra went in with her. The moment they entered, Nola spotted Rebecca and Wesley. Wesley was testing a bass guitar while Rebecca stood beside him, gazing at him with open admiration. When he finished playing, Rebecca clapped enthusiastically. “That was amazing, Wesley. This bass was made for you.” Wesley was pleased with it too. “This one, then. It is six thousand dollars. Do you think that is too expensive?”

Shift

Shift

If the outdoor ones were even half this size, it seemed crazy to need that many different options. My feet stopped as I looked at a store near the far north side of the building. My eyes looked up and I smiled. This store I knew, if only from ordering from the online. A Guitar Center was begging me to go in and look around. Of course, they had an incredible amount of guitars hanging on the wall but there was also quite a few bass guitars as well. A bright pink one made me think of Steph. She would have loved this one. It wasn’t just bubble gum pink but also had a stardust effect to it as well.

10 out of 10! This book had me hooked from start to finish and has me wanting more! Not saying that you have to but this would make a great series, a book for each main character, I'd read them all! Glad to hear you're feeling better, keep taking care of yourself and writing these awesome stories! ...

So far, so good. I like the author's writing style and ability to have both strong and weak female & male characters. There are some grammar and spelling errors, but minor and easy to overlook. Better communication regarding updates would be appreciated, but this platform is not for career money.

Somewhere over the Rainbow

Somewhere over the Rainbow

I turn around and ignore him. The first members of the band appear. The drummer sets up his drum kit and the guitarists tune their guitars. They are a lot rougher than I expected. I only know the sweet songs my girlfriend loves to sing, and I can't imagine that these tough guys are crazy about that. The bass player is a tall brown-haired man with a tattoo on his arm. Tall, dark and handsome Susan would say. I know he would be just her type, though funnily enough, he's the opposite of who I am. He drops his plectrum and picks it up rather clumsily. I have to laugh softly when he just looks up. He answers with a smiling shrug.

Satisfying Her Darkest Fantasies

Satisfying Her Darkest Fantasies

Eric said and pounded Jace on the back enthusiastically. Rebekah laughed. “I think you’re supposed to be humble about stuff like that.” “Psssh, f**k that. Always take credit where credit is due. Especially when you’re solely responsible for inspiring the best bassist who ever lived.” Jace flushed. “Whatever,” Jon grumbled. “Come on, Jon,” Jace said. “I’ll work on the bass line with you.” He strode over to the side of the stage and picked up his shiny black bass guitar.

As I look at my year in review, this author and book collection has been monumental in reigniting my hunger for reading. I can't track most of the books from this app easily for my year end count but in my heart this book means the most. I wish I could buy a printed version of each of these. .........

Love this well written book! Thoughts & emotions are conveyed beautifully! The author makes you feel like you know the characters intimately w/o being excessive or mundane. Hot & steamy w/o crude vulgarity! I wish we could give gems at the end of chapter but that’s the app, not the author’s fault.

The Heaven Hill Series

The Heaven Hill Series

Jessica gasped as she took in the guitar the sales guy at the shop in downtown Nashville had brought out for them to view. It looked just like it had on the internet. She'd been worried that it wouldn't, because of Photoshop and clever lighting, but it truly did. As soon as she'd seen it on the website, she'd known this was Jagger's guitar. The price tag had made her think twice about it, but they were better off financially than they ever had been. Neither one of them had made any extravagant purchases; most of the money they made went back into her car, his bike, or the house.

One of the best books I ever read! The plot and twist, the love story of each couple and all the family drama. Thankful that this series compiled in one book so I can read it all. Long read but it's really worth it! I seldom post comments but I can't help it. Keep writing awesome stories, Author!!!

I’m on chapter and I’m already HOOKED. It’s definitely different than other novels I’ve read and it gives me a sense of more maturity (if that makes any sense). Will come back with an update the more I go alone

In the Name of the Sacred Tree

In the Name of the Sacred Tree

Kimmich, who worked as a parking attendant on a daily basis, now had his turn to look after my equipment. Kimmich handed me an Ibanez bass guitar which I was sure was fine-tuned along with the Messa/Boogie amplifier. The crew members who first got on the stage took apart the equipment that was already available on the platform. They then replaced it with equipment that we brought ourselves. I reward Kimmich by giving him two thumbs up. "Thank you, Kimmich!" I said to him I started checking the sound by strumming the strings. Boom! The sound boomed until the sound waves hit the trees until almost collapsed. Sorry, overstated. Knowing that I was ready, Big K began to preach as usual. He talked

My Boyfriend’s Girlfriend

My Boyfriend’s Girlfriend

I admitted, and Tessa seemed impressed. "102.5 is my guilty pleasure. Listening to alternative music is actually why I decided to play guitar. I'm no Jimmy Page, but I front a girl group. Right now, I just sing and play the bass, though." She walked over to the end of her queen bed and reached underneath it, to find a sleek black guitar case. So she does play the guitar. "Do you play any instruments?" She asked me, opening the locks on her case. A bright blue bass guitar was tucked safely inside.
