She looked back into my eyes and I could see she could feel something but she obviously doesn't understand. I opened my mouth to plead with her but the moment I did, she turned and ran towards the river. As she dived in, she shifted mid air, into the most beautiful wolf I've ever seen. A glorious shade of copper with streaks of vibrant shimmering red that shone when the light of the moon caught it. “YOU! KEEP THEM BUSY. YOU WITH ME, WE ARE GOING AFTER HER.” I heard Jack order from behind me before I felt teeth sink into my arm.

Fucking hell I did it I shifted. Shame its been her who got me to finally achieve it. I knew she would take the credit though, anything to keep the praise and attention on her, but first she had to put me in my place. Not physically anymore, the surprise of the size of my wolf form reflecting in her eyes, knowing it would be too messy and hard to explain away. Even for my future status I was big and unusual colouring, red and gold fur, on off white all coming to an end at my pale paws.

It never occurred to me that something was off about me seeing my own reflection. I raised a hand and carefully placed it on the wolfs cheek affectionately, rubbing at the smooth surface and moving my hand to grab hold of the ear. I didn't know what came over me, but I pulled the ear as if it were real, just picturing this wolf in real life purring as I pet it had me smiling. Then a slight sound was heard. I was broken out of my trance as a line started to form in the middle of the wolf's face, splitting right down the middle and spreading throughout his entire body, branching off and creating more cracks and holes in the once solid concrete.

Shock flickered across his face. Mine too, honestly. No time to dwell. Another came from behind—I spun, instincts screaming—I used my Claws. Not fully But close. My nails tore across his chest, ripping fabric, skin—He hissed, stumbling back. Holy—Focus. The white wolf surged through me, not taking over—guiding. Left. Left again and then down. I dropped low just as something whistled over my head. Now. I drove forward, shoulder slamming into a body, knocking him into another. They went down in a tangle of limbs and fury. A laugh burst out of me—wild, breathless, a little feral.

It wasn't the baby. It was wild. Musky. Dangerous. I turned my head. A massive gray wolf stood at the edge of the clearing. It was watching me. It wasn't a pack wolf. It had no collar. Its fur was matted with scars. A Rogue. The wolf shifted. Bones cracked and reshaped. Fur retreated into skin. A man stood there. He was naked, unashamed. He was huge, with long dark hair and tattoos that covered his chest like war paint.

Mr Glamora yelled "You don't Understand Mr Glamora, They weren't Just Wolves Okay? Our Men tried fighting them but we were no match for them. They had an Alpha, it was thrice the size of a Lycanthropy [Lycan]. They also had a Cayote and it was almost at it's peak and they had a Banshee, it's voice alone had damaged our Trucks and killed off our Men, I still don't know how I Survived.. " Cornor retorted and there was fear in his voice, Mr Hambora too was dumbstruck, Cornor hadn't told him this part yet.

Bones snapped and reformed. Muscles expanded. Fur erupted across his skin. His wolf was unlike any other. It was massive… towering. Maverick’s fur was a dark obsidian black, almost swallowing the light around him. His presence alone carried dominance and authority, pressing down on everything in its path. His glowing, ice-cold eyes burned with a ruthless hunger for blood. As Maverick landed heavily on the ground, without hesitation, he lunged forward and slammed into the nearest rogue, his claws striking across its face with brutal force.

Memories of her past pain resurfaced, fueling her determination to protect her newfound pack at all costs. Suddenly, the trees rustled, and the figure of a massive wolf emerged from the shadows. Its fur was matted, and scars marred its snarling face, testaments to its ruthless existence. The rogue's eyes blazed with a feral intensity as it locked its gaze onto Rey. With a guttural roar, the rogue lunged forward, charging straight at Rey. The members of the Crimson Pack sprang into action, surrounding the rogue and engaging in a fierce battle. Claws clashed, teeth gnashed, and primal growls filled the night as the pack fought to defend their newest member.

I replied to him but as soon as I spelled the name ‘Paul’, I gasped. “What happened? What is it?” Karien inquired as he saw me gasped all of sudden. I looked at him and asked, “Do you remember what was the shade of the wolf fur, and how big was he?” “He had slightly golden brown, white-colored mix fur and not so big as I saw a werewolf in movies. I don’t think he was a strong wolf but he was there attacking those two guys before I got there and he ran off as soon as he saw me” He said recollecting the memories of last night.

It seemed like half the pack took turns hooking up with each other while the other half was strictly monogamous. Clara was the odd woman out who wasn't down to fuck or tied down in a serious relationship.
