All she could now see was the shaking arena, as her vision gradually faded. After doing the deed, the 2 team Microsoft gladiators finally turned their attention to their pursuing opponent and charged at him. The Great Defender lagged slightly behind, as he tried to avoid direct contact. Derek showed his resolve, as he executed his self-created technique again on seeing this. He was not deterred by his 2 opponents, he charged at them ferociously. The 2 gladiators reacted appropriately, but his Swords of Annihilation still ended up getting his team their first kill. The fight was a tragedy. Julian was a god of war, and Dante was just a man. Julian moved with the speed of a lightning strike, his glaive carving through the air with a high-frequency scream. Dante blocked, parried, and dodged with a skill that was purely human, purely "Lagos-grit." He was being dismantled. Julian’s glaive sliced through Dante’s shoulder. Then his leg. Dante didn't stop.
