Curse of the Wolves

Curse of the Wolves

At first glance, there didn’t seem to be anything magical about the slabs of wood, but what did I know? Wiping the sweat from my brow, I steeled my voice until there was no trace of remaining fear. “Who are you two and why do you want me to choose a door?” The first one stepped forward and bowed, “I am Emmett, God of Truth. This is my brother, Kobah…God of Lies.” His lips popped open in mock surprise, “Or perhaps it’s the other way around. It’s so very hard to tell these days.” The second followed suit, heart-shaped lips curling at the edges. “Forgive us, it’s been quite some time since we’ve been called on, but as you know when fate comes knocking—”

Absolutely love this book, couldn't put it down. I've honestly read it more than once haha. Any chance I can buy it in paperback? This is a great book, give it a chance you won't be disappointed. Love the characters, love the book, love it!

I love this story so much that I kept reading, not realizing it was already four in the morning, and I had to wake up to take my kids to school at 7. every story by this author is beautifully written and addictive, but I love the humor and the strong female character in this story the most.

Beasts of the Moon

Beasts of the Moon

“She would’ve summoned me. Reprimanded me. But she hasn’t. Why?” We fall silent. Thoughtful. He’s right. The Luna goddess doesn’t miss a thing, especially not a human scent on her Alpha. Yet she's said nothing. As if she overlooked it. Gerald breaks the silence. “Why are the gates still locked?” I glance forward. Sure enough, the gate remains shut. He grabs the emergency control from the glove box and opens it himself. It groans and slides back, and we drive in slowly. Then I see it, the front door. Wide open.

Breed Me A God

Breed Me A God

EZRA The knock on Kieran's door came out softer than I meant it to. It was barely a tap. The hallway was still dark, that gray half-light before dawn that makes everything feel heavier. There was no answer, of course. He never answered. I pushed the door open anyway, slowly, like I was walking into a room that might bite.

SEVER ZERO

SEVER ZERO

"The firewall is an active code barrier. I want you to inject a localized spatial-distortion glitch directly into the physical coordinates of the door. Make the code violently expand outward." "An explosive geometry glitch?" Jax realized. "Gunman, that will blow the digital doors right off their hinges! It might collapse the shaft!" "Do it now," Ren commanded. In the digital Sanctum, Jax glitched forward to the massive, sealed Golden Doors. He didn't use the key to unlock them. He slammed his data-sword, loaded with a highly unstable packet of corrupted junk data, directly into the seam of the doors. "Execute!" Jax screamed, diving backward.

He looked toward the golden structure. “You believe the Ninth Gate is closed.” Hope nodded. “It is.” “No.” He shook his head. “The Gate closed.” He pointed behind him. “But the world beyond it did not.” Noah’s expression became serious. “Something came through.” The First Father nodded. “Not something.” He looked directly at Elias. “Someone.” Hope immediately moved in front of her son. “Who?” The First Father pointed toward the golden doors. “Come inside.” Adrian shook his head. “No.”

Don't Open the Door on Doomsday Night

Don't Open the Door on Doomsday Night

"She's dead as soon as she opens the door for them! Paolo will snatch everything he sees, Quinto will throw open all the windows to attract the zombies, and Marco will force her into giving up her supplies at knife point!" "And when they eventually kill her dog in the end, that good-for-nothing Valerio will still be too damn scared to even make a peep!" However, if I didn't open the door for them, all four of them would die outside my door. "Gemma Barletta!" Valerio pounded on the door again. "The zombies are right outside! You heard them! Hurry up and open the door!" Paolo also threw his weight against the door, making the door shake and rattle even more loudly than before.

ELLA “Do you mind unlocking the door?” Sophie yells from under the bar where she is quickly trying to repair some plumbing under the ice machine. “Wrap it with duct tape,” I yell back at her as I flip the lock on the door. “It should hold for the night.” The front door swings open and my Dark God graces the doorway. He gives me a small smirk as he brushes past me. “You will be waiting on me tonight,” his husky voice growls in my ear as he walks to his normal table in the corner.
