My knees hit the ground roughly and I fall forward on my hands, trying to ground myself. Once more, a hit wrecks me, this time from the back of the head. Colors explode before my eyes and for a moment, I wonder if I might get my sight back. Instead, darkness descends once more and I whimper from the pain.
