Grayson wore a black T-shirt tapered around his defined muscles which combined with the gray sweatpants he had on. His veiny hands played over the keyboard with rehearsed ease as his gaze slipped to what he was doing. Scarlet leaned against the doorway. “You’re home.” Her voice was laced with surprise. He usually worked late at the office, long after she had returned. He lifted his eyes toward her for a brief moment before resuming to his screen. “Yeah.” His tone had nothing unusual or particularly telling about it. While he was not cold, he also was not very warm. Just Grayson.

“Holt owns this city. He’ll crush you. You're fighting a war you can't win, kid.” I clenched my fists, my eyes were stinging. “He already did,” I whispered. “He killed my baby. Lied to me. Used me. And I’m not letting him get away with it.” Grayson looked at me for a beat. For a moment, I saw something: pity, maybe. But it vanished fast. And then he turned away. “Then you're on your own." He pulled a cigarette out and grabbed a lighter from his desk. "Find someone else. I’m not risking my life for this.”

“Jayce Sherwood, as a person, cannot be ungrateful. Without my Grayson family, how could we be today?” Mr. Ace Grayson shouted excitedly towards Jayce Sherwood, “Before, after your surgery, Jinx took care of your recovery day and night; you entered Sherwood Group, along with your sister for the position of general manager. Wyatt yelled in a panic. “Wyatt I’m fine, Sirena made a personal training realm type of thing for me. I need to keep my strength up for my powers and learn how to use them without hurting anyone. I can’t lose you again, I just can’t.” Wyatt looks at me with pleading eyes. “I’m right here baby, I do need a shower though. The Blood Moon, it’s going to be rising soon and I need to get ready. "Get him! Kill him!" A confident sneer appeared on Grayson's face as he listened to his subordinates shouting and cheering for him. Grayson was very confident in his ability. As a strong fighter of God of War caliber, he never met his match all these years. All those people who dared to be cocky and insolent in front of him were long buried in the ground. Grayson packed all his strength into that punch because he wanted to show Liam what he would get for talking the big talk in front of him.

She wasn’t alone. Grayson sat on the couch, a crystal glass of whiskey in one hand, his long fingers curled loosely around the rim. He looked different like this—more relaxed, though the tension in his posture never truly disappeared. His tie was undone, the top two buttons of his dress shirt unfastened, exposing a sliver of his toned chest. The fire in the grand fireplace cast flickering shadows on his face, highlighting the sharp angles of his jaw, the furrow in his brow. For a moment, Sienna considered turning around. Walking away before he even noticed her.

Grayson said bringing tears in Kashi's eyes as she too can feel his pain. " I found the culprit. He was my good friend Rajat. I am hurt, love. Except you, no one can ease this pain away which is inside my chest. " Grayson let out his words in between his sobs. " I have never thought that he will beckstab me just became I stood between his sick possession. Leave it, I am waiting for you outside your home at the back door. Please come here to meet me. I want to see you and our children " Grayson plead to her which she accepted with the flow of emotions.

Grayson said, running his hand on his hair. "He's a beast. I think his best way of having his revenge was having sex with one of the random ladies you bring back home. Not knowing that I'm not any of your fucking bitches! I wish to strangle him slowly and roughly till he pass out." Yara hissed, falling back on the bed as she stared at the ceiling. "I'm sorry you had to face that. He has always been all crazed out but we never knew he was psychotic. The scum is literally obsessed with masochism and other dark stuffs related to sex."

"He and Rina are the only ones who stood up for me! So they're good!" Grayson places a hand on my shoulder. "It's okay, pup," he murmurs. "I wronged her in the past. It's natural for her to be unhappy to see me." He dips his head respectfully to her. "Greetings, Luna Daisy. It's good to see you in good health." Daisy clenches her fists. "Thanks... I guess," she mutters. "So... I guess you're proof that people can change, huh? You used to be terrible back in the day... a party boy willing to drug others so that you could have a good time."

He put down one of the glasses, had a sip of wine, and then spoke, "Sister Sienna, there's no need to worry. I am not a bad guy; actually, we are family." Sienna frowned, disapproving immediately, "Who's your family? I don't even know you!" The man was playing with the crystal glass in his hand, "Your name is Sienna Harper, you married Grayson Kai yesterday morning at the city courthouse. You are now Grayson's legal wife. You are now living with him, even the car you drove here today is from Grayson's garage."
