Azian (Prince of Dragons)

Azian (Prince of Dragons)

I walked in, my jaw-dropping, eyes wide as I looked around at the art before. Turning my head I came face to face with a huge poster of a giant beast. I winced, my heart almost jumping out if its cage in fright. "What the hell-" "It’s a Minotaur," Ally replied walking towards me, “A mythological creature that's most famous for its feature in most Greek maze mythology stories,” she informed straightening the poster with a satisfied sigh. I glanced at her calm face before turning around to inspect the other odd pictures, taped to her wall.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I love the characters and how well you have them interact with each other. I can’t remember the last time I laughed so much when reading a book. Even though I had an inkling on where the story might go, I preferred to follow along with your storytelling instead.

Immortal’s Tale Book 1

Immortal’s Tale Book 1

he replied to me. Why does it sound so...Greek? These are the monsters in Greek mythology. More so, they are called titans but here, they are called demons. Who would think that these are true in the human world? If I hadn't stumbled upon Wysteria, I probably wouldn't have believed them to be true to this day. After all, Greek mythology is not real. They are just stories from their Greek ancestors. "It doesn't look like the monsters are easy to attack," I commented because even though I couldn't see the others, just thinking that there were many minotaurs and serpentines that I was sure was a big snake scared me.

The Twelve Scions

The Twelve Scions

The branches were strong and many, with its leaves and acorns glowed white in resonance. Surrounding the tree were the mythfolks, cowering from being cornered by large scorpion - like Chimeras with a face full of grimy tentacles. The centaurs gallantly shielded the smaller mythfolks with their strong bodies. Pixies and dryads were huddled together in fear from the hovering stings and probing tentacles.

Yet, it was the worst cake Zen had ever created in history. Of course, the dungeon creator thought to include Lores in this dungeon. Zen was almost certain there was a hidden side quest somewhere. However, he did not have the luxury of time to explore them when he was getting carried to the vanguard members. “According to Greek mythology, when Medusa was slain, she birthed two children that belonged to Poseidon. The flying hogs we saw earlier were Chrysaor’s descendants. However, the boss is the actual twin brother of the flying hog. You wouldn’t guess they were twins if not for their wings,” Damian smirked. “After all, who would associate the beautiful Pegasus with the boorish Chrysaor?”

she thought over it and since the horse was almost dead, and won't be of use to her dead, she agreed and by her own hand she gave the horse to the animals, they devoured the horse and all five of them became strong, and she climbed on the tallest of the five bears, and as promised, it carried her like horse and became her ride since that day on. Her new ride was far faster than the usual horse she was riding, she thought it was not supposed to be so, horses were the fastest means of transportation in those days, and as she was being thrown up and down behind the bear she asked," where did you learn to run this fast? Osiris was a strong man, big and black, he was the representative of the upper torso of a bull, but he alternated between the power of sirens and fish among crocodile men. Anubis controlled everyone between jackals and coyotes, his territory was the night. Sokaris was the lord who represented the falcons, among the lycanthropes of the air. John asked as he stood up from where he’d been writing something on the floor, with chalk. “Rare, but then again rarer still are the demons and gods”, she muttered, “The common supreme beings happen to be chimeras, Kitsune, Hydras, Medusa, Kraken, a lot of nymphs and sirens, a lot of Greek mythologies if I had to be pedantic. Oh! Your homeroom teacher Mr. Edwards is a Leviathan, and his wife is a siren I think, we’ve had the first werewolf too; The Beast of Gévaudan and Fenrirs too, a Minotaur and Basilisks. I personally have known three different Basilisks”, she listed as she tried to recall the different Ascendants she’d met. “I thought if one existed, another Ascendant of the same kind co

“My friends, our journey is long. Let’s save this for another day, would everyone agree?” After a pondering pause, all heads nodded in agreement. “Now, I have a story to tell.” He scooped a blue powder and tossed it into the bonfire. “Once upon a time….” The flame burst again, but this time, fiery images of animals, humans, and landscapes appeared. From the Greek heroes like Perseus and Jason, the adventures of Thor and Loki, and to the African spider god, Anansi, which was our first time hearing it, every story he told was brought to life by the flame.
