I am afraid but I must fuel my curiosity. My fingers trail over books as I use my eyes to search. “History of the Great Wars. Wolf-Clan Genealogies.” Useless!! In a corner, I find a smaller shelf with older, cracked bindings. One title stands out: Creatures of Myth and Scarcity. I pull it free, coughing at the plume of dust, and sink to the floor in a pool of blue velvet. I open it. Swan Mythology. It is exactly what I am looking for.

"Zeke! You're going too far." "But still! Let me just go with you. I promise not to disturb you." He said. I just shook my head as I went inside the library after saying ' goodbye ' to them. I feel Zeke following me in librarian table and sign into a log book as I did. I roam around the bookshelves and find something interesting to read. The Greek mythology book about Poseidon catches my attention and when I was about to get it when Zeke grab it. I just rolled my eyes at his childishness.

Alessia's POV I have read the book. It was a typical old storybook that sounded very English and Greek. I cringe a little because what I'm reading sounds like Julius Caesar. It talks about Greek gods, especially Poseidon since Homer's journey travels the seas. I feel like I'm getting a headache reading it because it's a story but the writing is poetic. But I understand because the ancient people were poets. I am too used to reading normal English novels. I just focused my attention on the book because there was nothing else to read there besides this. Even though I'm not used to reading like this, I'm just patient because it makes me sleepy.

I ask as I carefully lift the cover. “No. All I was told was to give it to you. I think it’s about mythology. Or maybe it’s that one Greek novel. The famous one with Homer and the dog that remembered him years later.” “The Odyssey.” “Yeah, that one. I read it in school, though I don’t remember it being that long.” She takes another drink of coffee. “I thought maybe you were Greek or something.” “Nope. I’ve never even been to Greece.” “That’s weird then.” She shrugs, finishes her coffee, and uses the bathroom before she takes off. “See ya later,” she says.

“What?” “Yes sir. Apparently, we are her oracles. I swiped my hands over the books not knowing which one to go through first, I decided to just pick a random book. “THE SERVANTS OF THE MOON GODDESS,” the title read, the book contained werewolves and how they were meant to serve the moon goddess, that's to say we had definitely lost history because no one did these things anymore. We're serving the Lycans instead.

I had truly believed Sofia was someone I would die for. What a fool I'd been.
