IN THE ARMS OF THE SNIPER

IN THE ARMS OF THE SNIPER

Wherever her father is. -00- The sound of shoe soles rubbing against the asphalt broke the silence of the quiet atmosphere in a slum on the outskirts of London. The man's golden hair seemed to shine in the light of the full moon which happened to be shining beautifully above the star-filled London sky. The man walked calmly towards a rotting wooden house at the end of a slum alley, where beggars and hobo live. Knock knock "Malfoy, is that you?" Malfoy smiled briefly from behind the rotten wooden door. He then muttered quietly in response to someone who was currently standing behind the door, preparing to welcome the guest.

Princess Bellamy

Princess Bellamy

Bellamy pleaded. " I could convince into giving me the records of the people in this town. Maybe we'll find something there. “ He said after minutes of silence and they both exhaled. " Thank you. “ .. Very deep in the forest, a huge mansion stood in the middle. It was fenced in a way no one could get in easily. Ireas owned by Alicent and her husband. They usually go there when they had to plan important business deals, magic. “ Our son was right, Bellamy is really interesting and special." Alicent said as she sipped her wine.

Captive Of The Count

Captive Of The Count

It would be ridiculous thinking using cars in the underworld would be possible. I peered through the carriage window as it pulled to a halt before a gate. We got down and through the spaced irons I could see that there was a pretty big compound with a big mansion in the middle and other buildings adequately spaced around it. I could hear childish squeals and chatter from the buildings. "Where is this place?" I asked Grace as Dean led us through the gates and towards the brown-bricked mansion. "This." She pointed at the mansion, "Is where we live, and the other buildings serve as orphanages."

I am liking the story and definitely hooked. My personal opinion, I wish Amara wasn't so naive after what happened to her when she was younger. However, as Amara's story develops the personality type seems to make sense. I look forward to reading more chapters and watching for those updates.

This book is a sequel to “The Alpha King’s Rejected Mate” and should be read after the first book. Plot was very interesting and the enemies to lovers vibe was super intense! The book could use proofreading, but overall a great story with a HEA! :)

Married To My Billionaire Boss

Married To My Billionaire Boss

Their index fingers were poised in front of the trigger. "Men, you must not allow any trouble with these guards," Liam spoke into the intercom hidden under his suit. "Roger that," Chris replied. He was the chief guard, and his tone was amused. Elena sat beside Liam, her hands on her laps as they drove slowly across the hundred meter yard. He let his eyes fall on the towering mansion that belonged to Mr Packwood. The grand facade was made of grayish-blue stone and appeared to stretch on endlessly. The entranceway was as wide as a football field, with two massive wooden doors carved with intricate designs that looked ancient.

CLAIMED BY FIVE ALPHAS?

CLAIMED BY FIVE ALPHAS?

The red stone shimmered like it was melting under the sun, making the whole place look like a giant velvet cake of doom. Lush green lawns unfurled across the campus like a dream. White fountains gushed at every turn, trimmed hedges shaped like wolves, dragons, and things I couldn’t even name. A stadium-sized playground sprawled to one side. And behind it, a plaza—gym, pool, library, even a damn shopping center. It was Hogwarts on steroids. And our jaws? On. The. Floor. That’s when we heard the click. “DAD!” Keisha screamed.

Trial of Flame

Trial of Flame

I pointed. Just east of the training mats, past the target dummies and spell wards, was a massive new building that had most definitely not been there yesterday. Smooth grey stone, a sloped roof, enchanted lanterns glowing faintly even in daylight. And a giant iron plaque above the door: Guardian Stable We all exchanged a collective what the fuck, and like the nosy chaotic squad we are, we marched straight toward it. As we got closer, the scent of smoke, leather, and something ancient filled the air. The stable doors creaked open....

Captivated by the Werewolves' Den

Captivated by the Werewolves' Den

“It’s Grimson’s only school. Howling University.” What the? That?! University?! Is she for real?! My lips parted by the sudden urge to get excited. Things from here… is really making sense. Howling University, huh? I saw a lot more wonders in Grimson before we reached our destination. The cab stop in a gorgeous street filled with lively green bushes. In front of us is a huge mansion. It’s painted in golden white with a large front yard and veranda, I couldn’t believe that I’ll be staying here from now on. I didn’t know that Imelda is a rich grandma here at Grimson! “Tell me I have a princess like bedroom,” I told her after entering the house filled with scented candles. So aesthetic.

Death Contract

Death Contract

Albus parent was not here even their guard and maid who used to greet the guests before. But I know this is not the right time to think about it. All I had to do was just to follow Saint. But as soon as I entered the mansion, I was almost immediately taken back by the sight of Saint leaving Albus' body. I immediately covered my mouth and nose when I smell the stench of Albus' decaying body. I could not help but wince. Fortunately, Saint immediately covered it with a curtain on the floor. When the corpse disappeared from my sight I realized how dirty the whole house was.

Frequently Asked Questions

Grimmauld Place in fanfics often becomes this wild canvas for reinvention once Harry gets ownership. Some writers turn it into a cozy, magical haven where he hosts Dumbledore's Army meetings with homemade treacle tart and charmed fireplaces. Others go darker—imagine cursed artifacts left by Sirius' family suddenly reacting to Harry's presence, whispering secrets or even trying to possess him. I once read a fic where Kreacher, of all people, becomes weirdly devoted after Harry gifts him a handmade tea cozy, and they team up to purge the house of dark magic together. It's fascinating how one location can swing from 'found family headquarters' to 'haunted horror show' depending on the writer's vibe.

Then there's the trope where Harry discovers hidden rooms—like a secret potions lab or a library with Black family grimoires. One memorable story had him finding Regulus' old journals, which sent him on a whole side quest about Horcruxes years early. The house almost becomes a character itself, shaping Harry's growth. Bonus points if authors describe the portrait of Mrs. Black screaming insults until Harry, fed up, repurposes her frame as a dartboard.
