JD moved quickly and caught her before she fell off the bed. He gently laid her back down. She looked completely wrecked—bleeding from the reopened wounds, bandages hanging off her. Trina exhaled deeply, relieved that the woman had at least fallen asleep. She felt nothing but sympathy. She had once been a wreck like that too. Judging from the girl’s injuries, someone had tried to burn her alive. She was lucky to have escaped. “I’ll clean her wounds,” Trina offered. She didn’t know who Gigi was, but she already felt drawn to her—like she wanted to protect her.

Aurora. Closer up, Trina noticed the cut of the dress. Fine fabric. Made in Tron. A special type that only members of the lineage could wear. Audacity. And the hair? Silver like fire under moonlight. Trina wanted to laugh. The girl had spent her life hiding who she was... and now she paraded around as if she were a sacred jewel. “She's just an orphan. And she doesn't even know how to play.” Trina arrived smiling. Arms open, wide smile.

“My actual date for the night.” She blinked. “What about me?” I looked at her. “What about you?” She stormed off just as the other quiet girl returned for her purse. “You leaving?” Malia asked. “Yeah, girl.” “I’m coming with you. He doesn’t want me.” The quiet one walked over to me. “Hi. I’m Trina, and I’m definitely not drunk.” She looked just like Malia, same caramel skin, same curves, but polished. Sober. Smooth smile.

"Trey, you're gonna be OK bro. Jeff's gonna fix you up. You'll be good as new." Trina touched his arm, needing him to move so she could get close enough to start an IV. He looked at her, and she saw tears forming in his eyes. "Troy, I'm sorry, I need you to move. You know we'll take good care of him." Troy stared at her for a minute not sure of what she was saying. "Troy, you have to move." She said it quietly, and he finally understood and backed away, moving near James and Brett.

She paused, contemplating the newest member of their band. “Hey, don’t I get a byline?” Jace complained. Myrna leaned across Sed and beckoned Jace closer. She whispered something in his ear and he flushed to the roots of his bleached hair. “Seriously?” he sputtered. She stared into his eyes and nodded. “Seriously.” Now that was just wrong. What had she told him? “Trey Mills. Rhythm guitarist. Dreamy green eyes to melt hearts. Nimble fingers to, well, get a lady’s thoughts going in all sorts of inappropriate directions.”

The three of them were not even far away when Ynaria was suddenly stopped by someone holding her right foot so she looked at it. "One of you can't escape!" Trist said as he fell to his knees and gripped Ynaria's leg tightly. Ynaria tries to struggle from Trist's grip on her leg, but Trist is too strong. While Clement and Paul, they drag Ynaria but they deliberately lose the strength to help the girl. "Trist, release me!" Ynaria said tearfully. Then its released his grip on Clement to the surprise of Clement and Paul. "Save yourselves!" Its attachment.

Cara says. Tricia and Cara had agreed to help me. They were my best friends and I know Tricia likes Trevor. We are heading to the next city where the band will play tomorrow night. "You were too engrossed in your baking and beside I love watching you be so serious. Trina is with Mrs Rolly, she met us at the door, she went up to change her clothes. She will be down in a minute.” "That's good to hear. I made so much. Do you want some?” I pointed at the baked goods. "Did she tell you how her playdate went?” Max's smile dimmed and he grimaced. “She did have fun."

She showed up, held your shaking body, and told you that you’re not crazy, not disgusting, just broken but not beyond repair with her mighty hands. Trina didn’t patch me up like I was some charity case. She didn’t treat me like glass or walk around my grief like it was a landmine. She walked straight into it. Sat with me, ate silence with me. Took my phone when I didn’t want to answer calls and played music so loud it drowned out the thoughts in my head. And when there was still no place for me to go, she gave me a roof. To be sincere, Trina’s place has been a saving grace. Not just a roof or warm meals, though those mattered.

Mandy barked. "Yea, I think she'll be a great profit to the band." Mandy was suffocated with shock, and was getting short of breath, "but um... You just met this loser today and we... I and Mckayla have known you since a long time." "Yea, I'd pick either of you but Trina is the singer Jackson Fellas need. I'm sorry but I pick Trina." Mandy felt bittered, she stared into his eyes boiling in fury and she turned her gaze to me. I could see the rage in her eyes, I got nervous like she was going to push me in front of a train, and I stared at the floor to avoid staring into her eyes.
