Hachiko: A Dogs Story Novels & Stories

At her home, she searched for Ciandra and when she didn’t find her, she went behind the house. Hilla halted when she saw a black wolf running around the field. Instead of running away, she walked to it. Hunter halted. Ciandra was perplexed, and she screamed, “run away.” Instead, she approached Hilla. For someone seeing an animal, Hilla was surprisingly calm, wasn’t she scared the animal might hurt her? Hilla stopped in front of Hunter, bent and played with its fur. Hunter loved the feeling and dropped to the ground. Ciandra rolled her eyes inside Hunter.

Sarah watched the Red Tailed Hawk soar high above the trees and then laughed when the tiny little black birds swarmed it to chase it away from their nest. It was so wild here. Like a wilderness preserve. But that was on the other side of town. This was privately owned, by the pack. She looked out over the ridge and could see for miles. Deer dotted the hillsides. She wondered just how far out the pack owned. "Does it all belong to the pack? As far as I can see?"

Elina was annoyed that Jessica always disappeared suddenly. “Sophia, do you mind?” “No, alright I'll do it.” Sophia said. "The food is in the cage. You take it easy, Choco is a good dog." Elina laughed, then excused herself. *** Sophia clutched her skirt as she stared at a doghouse 10 meters in front of her. Not far from the kennel, a Chow-chow type dog was sleeping with its tongue hanging out. Choco is no ordinary dog, he has a large body, his fur is thick and long, the thick fur on his head makes Choco look like a lion. It is certain that the money spent by the owner to buy and care for this dog is not small.

They weren’t a group I should miss. I rounded the corner and found it harder to keep walking. I collapsed to the side onto a bench and took a few breaths. This was ridiculous, I couldn’t have been feeling guilty. What was wrecking me had to have just been the stress from the last day. I heard the tip tap of nails on concrete and looked up thinking I would have seen a giant black wolf running down the sidewalk towards me and my heart leaped. Of course no such luck, it was just some jogger with her dog. It wasn’t even a wolf like breed either it was some lab mix.

“Tell me, what brought you here?” Macholo’s voice was respectful as he replied. “We stole a high-value Mercedes-Benz S-Class. We transferred money from the victim’s phone, took some jewelry, and...” He hesitated for a moment. “We also took a dog.” The Don raised an eyebrow. “A dog?” He sounded like it was something he wasn’t expecting. “What kind?” “An Australian shepherd,” Macholo replied. “A well-kept one.” The Don’s interest deepened. He leaned forward, tapping his pipe lightly against the ashtray. “An Australian shepherd, you say? That's a fine breed. Loyal, intelligent.”

"She won't bond with you. We've tried trainers, medications, everything. She's too damaged." "We'll take her," I repeat. Heidi looks between us, sees something in our faces. Recognition, maybe. Or understanding. "You see yourselves in her," she says softly. "Yes," I admit. "We do." The paperwork takes an hour. The dog… we name her Echo… doesn't fight when Heidi leashes her. Doesn't resist when we lead her to our car. Just follows with defeated acceptance, like she's expecting the worst. "She's been through hell," I say, watching her in the rearview mirror.

About ten minutes later, Ichiro could hear the dogs in the dog farm howling and growling. After that, the remaining five men were dragged back into the building. The five men were so frightened that they were all convulsing in a violent manner. As soon as they entered the building, the five people went crazy and they started yelling at Ichiro in Japanese. Isaac quickly translated what they were saying to Charlie, “Mr. Wade, these people are telling Ichiro that they saw their companion being chopped alive and fed to the dogs.” Charlie nodded before he looked at Ichiro, who was so scared that he was about to pass out anytime.

He bet if the figure of the girl next to him must not have bathed at all. "What?" Hana looked at Harry who had been watching her for a long time. It's not that she's not aware of being noticed, but Hana just lets it go. "That, I have news about the death that..." Hana's eyes bulged, quickly making Harry shut up. "Don't tell me you killed my dog that time, Han?" "Dog?" Harry nodded "My dog's death, that's what I meant!" Harry giggled. He was pleased to see Hana's face slightly surprised when she heard him mention the matter. Harry took something out of his pocket and gave it to Hana.

The next day, Shantal purposely made her robot watch Hachiko. "What kind of situation is that?" Out of the blue, she raised an inquiry at Alex while at the same time allowing him to watch a certain part of the movie. "A dog is saving someone." Alex was not sure why Shantal was asking him the obvious thing but he still responded to her question using a matter-of-fact tone. "That' is right! And theoretically speaking, you should be the equivalent to that dog."

I went back to the dining table and started eating”. I opened my iPad and watched Spirited Away, I have watched it lot of times but the scenes still gets me, every time. Good thing my grandparents decided to install Wi-Fi router, it was really expensive since we live far from the town. Our Wi-Fi connection is really strong even though we are in the middle of the forest on a mountain, that’s why I can watch movies online. While watching and eating, I heard our dog, Minchin, barking. Minchin is a golden retriever, we had her for almost a year now. The barking become louder as seconds pass, she’s probably running towards where I am.
