He’s making sure she will be able to listen this time, no doubt. I look around the room, my stomach turned when I noticed all who were here. There’s more Gods here in one place than I have ever seen before. Starting at the head of the table I see the obvious Zeus. To his left sits Poseidon, next to him is Hestia, next comes Hephaestus, Aphrodite, Apollo, Athena, Hera, Demeter, Artemis, Hermes, and then him… Ares. Our eyes lock and I force my body to stand straight and upright. I will not give him the satisfaction of letting him know that he scares me. He has already taken everything from me. The corner of his mouth turns up. A tactful grin to let me know that things have not changed between

The doors swung open of their own accord, revealing the vast throne room beyond, where columns of polished marble rose to a ceiling painted with scenes of the gods’ greatest triumphs. At the far end of the room, Zeus sat upon his throne of oak and bronze, his form larger than life even for a god, his eyes flashing with the same light as lightning in storm clouds. Around him stood other members of the pantheon – Athena in her armor of polished silver, Hephaestus leaning on his hammer despite his lameness, Aphrodite draped in fabrics that shimmered like water, Ares looking bored and restless as always. Behind them, lesser gods and nymphs stood in respectful silence, their eyes fixed on the kin

The meek, quiet woman who had withered in the Temple of Light was gone forever. "You are beautiful, Lyra," Hades said, appearing behind me. His eyes were full of awe. He took my hand and pressed a kiss to my fingertips. "Today, all the realms will witness you become my one and only, to share my throne and my eternity." When Hades and I walked side-by-side into the grand hall, the gods of Olympus were already assembled. Their faces were a mixture of astonishment and a complex, veiled discomfort. After all, just a few months ago, I had been Apollo's betrothed.

to say. I did not know what powers lay within me or not being a wolf if I could even help Sheamus but, I used my mind to reach out to him. I willed him to heal. I felt my soul clinging to his. I felt an energy emanating from me and wrapping around him. I willed him to heal. I decided to keep Hades distracted so I could continue with what I was doing. “I was born to be yours; you know that but, I was born to be his too.” Hades snarled and went to look at Sheamus again. I turned his head towards me and kissed him. “It’s not him trying to steal me from you, it is the will of his goddess “Selene.”” I told him. He looked up to the sky, the moon was beginning to show. He sneered at the moon. “Fuc

Hades said to his son as the flames on his head turned blue. “What are you going to do about it dad?” Zagreus asked, stomping on a red frog. “Leave that to me.” Hades said, climbing up on a giant stone. “Whatever you say.” Zagreus said gobbling up the frog. Hades stretches out both of his arms mid-way in the air, with his eyes turned deep red, and the flame on his head turned from blue to red. A great noise of thunderstorm and lightning Hits the dead beings and flowers.

They disappeared as if they didn’t exist, gleaming their monstrous powers. Zadicus being the owner of eleven relics, pushed Kriss away, he hit the wall with a force powerful enough to crack the wall. Zadicus appeared from behind and tried to cut him but moving to the side, he dodged the attack which burned the ground and slashed from the side, changing the whole surface of this dimension. The attack Zadicus dodged by ducking- it went upwards and hit the eye on above. Disturbing the balance of this world, shaking the whole dimension. And since Huzefa was dead, they had no clear path to get out of it as well.

I take off my shirt, and like I've done every single day since the last three years, I begin to whip myself. One slash for Mrs Hayes. Two slashes for Mr Hayes. Three slashes for Alexander Hayes. Four slashes for breaking my promise to Lilith Hayes. Five slashes for being coward. "Uh...maybe another time?" Esteban's voice breaks me out of my punishment and I turn over my shoulder to look at him. "No. Sit down." Then, I turn back and set the whip down, picking up my shirt and pulling it over my blood stained back. "We have the Vietnamese cartel on our tail. I want you to find their base here in Mexico and remind them why other houses don't fuck with Los Muertos."

He held my hand as I looked in his eyes. “I know… they eventually will, though I’ve tightened the security. We’ll know if they try to invade.” He sighed taking me away from Elinor’s room. We walked in the office where he sat me down. The reel whirred and I saw the familiar face. “The soul sorcerer has 5 tiers. Poseidon, Hera, Hestia, Demeter, Hades.” Zeus began talking. “All are---” I managed to speak when Arthur intercepted.

Zeus doesn’t have a say in the governing of Hades’’ ‘’Only the King of Hades can birth the princes of Hades.’’ Rose cut Lachesis off again and she smiled and nodded. ‘’You seem to know quite a lot about the princes of Hades, my lady’’ Lachesis said and Rose smiled. ‘’I wanted to study historical mythology in college.
