The Alpha's Breeding Pet

The Alpha's Breeding Pet

"You know what this is." My hand moved instinctively to my stomach. Flat still. No visible signs. But deep inside, I felt... different. Like something fundamental had shifted. "I can't be," I whispered. "We've been careful." "Not that careful." A smile tugged at his lips. "And wolf fertility is unpredictable. Especially with half-bloods." The word 'half-blood' settled differently now than it would have a year ago. Not an insult. Just a fact. A description of what I was—human and wolf, bridge between two worlds.

My Lord Alpha

My Lord Alpha

Words like 'pureblood' and 'half breed' stuck to her brain, curiosity got the best of her and she whispered to Everette; "What's a half-breed?" Everette grimaced at the sudden question but answered "It is a combination of a werewolf and another specie. Sometimes werewolves find their mates in other species and birth half-breeds. For instance, a werewolf and a nymph pup would be a half-breed by tradition and physical features." "What of a pureblood?" she asked.

How does this book have such low views? This is a masterpiece! This might be my first time reading a werewolf story so zealously without missing any details. Such a breath of fresh air and unique storyline from the other books in this app. The alternate universe, the timeline, everything is so good.

When I saw the title "The Lord Alpha" , I was like 'what the hell is this book about?' It never disappointed though. Wayne and Candice so much reveals how twisted our fates could be at times and I kept imagining how it'd be if I suddenly uncover my spouse was a mermaid or something weirder even...

REBIRTH: This time I will be a Witch!

REBIRTH: This time I will be a Witch!

But it was just that she was just saying half of the truth as well. She is a Troll maiden. A half-troll and half-human, an offspring of two different races. In short, a halfbreed. Halfbreed creatures just like her were condemned by humans. They looked down on her because of her origins. After all, who would have thought that a troll and a human would actually fell in love with one another? Moreover, for that inexplicable love affair to bear a child. That is what they called absurd. As such no human community accepted her kind, so troll maiden just like her was cast in the forest to live their life alone. Away from human interaction.

Midnight, the Half-Wolf

Midnight, the Half-Wolf

Redboxinggloves has finally accepted me, after I proved that it really is me. I start reading their tweets immediately and realize it's worse than I expected. There are a lot more tweets about me than I imagined. And the comments are the worst. They are all mean people make fun of the fact that I am a "half-wolf". They make fun of my too thin and too long body, my legs, they say that my boobs are big because I have nothing on my brain and that no one talks to me besides Grayson and Baxter because I’m weird, just like them.

Moonchild

Moonchild

He was able to climb into the world of the rich and it made it so easy for him to get close to Leonidas Maximilian when he saw November falling in love with the human. He’s a half-human half-wolf shifter who possessed wolf-shifters full abilities except the basic of shifting into his wolf form. Being a half-human has its advantages, they couldn’t place his scent, and he had shed the scent of his pack a long time ago, making him a total stranger anywhere he goes. Other shifters would catch his scent and shrug him away, just thinking of him as something odd. He was the other abomination. An offspring of a wolf and a human.

Dom and little Academy

For now, we need to decide where to go from here, how to deal with a little sister. "She's still sleeping" Rocco says walking in. "How she's doing?" Adam ask. "She's covered in bruises and hungry" Adam says. "Is she?" I ask, I can't identify other species as good as my brothers and the place stank too much for me to even make a guess. "Half breed, she belongs to dad for sure, she got his eyes" He explains, half breed, meaning she's half-vampire half-human, she'll be classified according to her human age but still will live forever.

Invisible String

Invisible String

Ailestair stuttered but successfully told me that. He's referring to the huge bird in the middle. It has different colors from the two. It's crown is flaming in blue. Just as I am about to replied, the huge bird spreads it's wings and the two imitates it. And an clamorous chirping almost deafened those near me. Shockingly, the bird in the middle flaps it's wings and gradually changes it's form into- human?! Wait, so, these birds can transformed into human?! As in, like Devaugn?!

How to Catch a Mate

How to Catch a Mate

The air tasted like iron. And there it was the god. It stood where the horizon should have been, massive and still. Not a shadow this time — not the faint shape that haunted dreams. It had form now. Flesh and scale. Half human, half dragon. Its body shimmered with the same deep blue as Krav’s dragon form, wings unfurled but torn through with veins of black smoke. The face was almost human but the eyes were wrong. Too bright. Too knowing. When it breathed, the air shook.

BOUND TO THE DEMON LORD

BOUND TO THE DEMON LORD

“Or did you simply guess?” Asher leaned back in his chair, eyes steady on her. “Your kind doesn’t hide well. You stink of stolen memories.” Her smile widened. “And you,” she said, circling him, “smell like something unfinished.” She stopped in front of him. “Half human,” she murmured. “Half demon. Do you know how rare that is?” Asher pushed his chair back and stood, slow and unhurried. The woman watched him, interest flickering in her eyes.

I believe I’m about halfway through. This story is amazing, and definitely deserves a lot more notice. I see it’s completed and genuinely hope it is and you didn’t just stop updating it. The characters are great, the back stories to them especially Asher is amazing. Definitely recommend this book!

Hey Readers! I’ve poured my heart into about 80 chapters, yet not a single review. How am I supposed to know if the story is good, worth continuing, or if you’re dropping it halfway? Your feedback motivates me and keeps this story alive. No reviews soon, I’ll take a break and hold back new chapters.

When we saw the rest of the family approaching the fountain, we quickly urged Stripes from the water and ran off down past the sign laughing. We kept running along the white path until we reached another fountain. This one was not fenced off like the other and instead only had a tiny lip to prevent the water pool at the bottom from spilling out. The creature itself was half human and half bird. The top half to the torso was purely human. It had some feathers jutting from along its arms and had hair made from feathers as well. The muscly form was smooth but marbled with golden veins. The lower half was a mass of more marble feathers with gold weaving through them. It had four legs, two plante

Frequently Asked Questions

The idea of half-human hybrids in sci-fi is one of those concepts that’s both fascinating and endlessly debatable. I’ve always loved how stories like 'Blade Runner' or 'X-Men' explore this—where the line between human and 'other' blurs in ways that force us to question identity, rights, and even what it means to be alive. Take 'Annihilation' by Jeff VanderMeer, where hybridization isn’t just biological but almost existential, with characters merging with their environment in unsettling ways. It’s not just about genetics; it’s about the collision of worlds, cultures, and consciousnesses.

Then there’s the fun, pulpy side of things, like 'Star Trek' with its half-Vulcans or 'Mass Effect' where interspecies relationships are normalized. These stories often use hybrids as bridges—both literally and thematically—to explore diplomacy or conflict. But what really grabs me are the quieter, weirder takes, like in 'The Left Hand of Darkness' where gender itself is fluid. Hybrids don’t have to be physical; they can challenge how we think about humanity in ways that stick with you long after the story ends. I’m still waiting for more stories where hybrids aren’t just plot devices but fully realized characters with their own messy, relatable struggles.
