He kisses my forehead before making his way into the bathroom. “I’ll leave the door open in case you need anything” He starts the water, telling me to put something on the TV. I get under his covers, grabbing the book on his night table. Harry Potter, an interesting pick for him. I open it up to the first page, starting the book over again for the hundredth time. Daniel’s shower is quick, yet I find myself struggling to keep my eyes open. It’s only 10:00 but I hardly got any sleep last night. I know Daniel didn’t either.

Kennedy POV. The weather was bad, but I needed to get that new book, it's Robert birthday gift, who'd knew a grown up man would kill for the newest werewolf love book. I got into my car, drove carefully toward the local book store, they had the new book reserved for me. It was supposed to one quick drive, until I walked into the library. A girl was sitting on a bean bag, her blond hair was covering her eyes with overgrown bangs, she tried to huff them away from her face but to no use. She looked young, maybe she's just here with her parents, looking down at the book she had in her hands it was a kids story. Does she read for the local kids? Or is it just for her?

In the front of the book, in a silvery oval was a white infinity symbol I didn’t quite recognize and then written in white above the symbol read: Book of Magic. “Woah…” I breathed, staring at the book. It was real.

The third book I look at, one of the neurology textbooks Uncle Harry wrote, has two folded sheets of paper in it. I unfold them and read what looks like passwords or codes. I get excited thinking, here's the hidden stuff I was talking about, if I could only figure out what it means.

While the library was filled with business books and self-help books, she was able to find some novels, albeit classics. Mary had stolen them, or more like borrowed them for a while, and she was in his room reading. And no, it wasn’t due to the fact that she missed Nicholas or just wanted to smell his scent. No. It was more because she found reading in his room better since it was bigger than hers and his bed was more comfortable. The real Bella. I immediately recognized that familiar looking book. I saw it among Bella's book collection when I first came into this world. It stood out due to its large size. But I had never opened it before. The title of that book was 'The Darkest Art.' I mean, even the title was suspicious. So what do you expect me to do? Call me silly, but I learned from 'Harry Potter' not to open any suspicious looking book. Who knows what's inside? Considering Bella's character, it could be housing the soul of a random dark lord for all I know. So, of course I didn't want to take the risk.

Dawn remarked when she wandered into the room one day after class to see the first Harry Potter book in the brunette’s hands. “Hadn’t had time to finish it”, Lena said. She set her book aside and picked up Goblet of Fire “I’ve marked the page you were on”, she told Dawn as she held it out to her. The teen smiled, took the book from Lena and relaxed onto her bed to start reading. Lena picked up where she left off in the novel. ~0~

“Oh my god! You got me the Harry Potter Series!” I rushed to the bookshelf and grabbed a copy of ‘Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire’. It was the only book I had read in the series and I had fallen in love with it. I had promised myself that I would buy more but I never got the money. “Yeah, girl,” she said smugly, “and I got you some others you might like…” I saw the other books and my jaw dropped. It was almost all the books on my reading wish list.

Hunter crossed his arms in front of his chest and looked at me annoyed. I ignored him and turned the cover. Harry Potter and The Chamber of Secrets. "Well, this is a secret, alright. I didn't know you're a Harry Potter fan." Hunter took a few steps and took the book from me. "You know nothing about me." He opened the book, flipped through the pages until he found the page he was reading. "I know you for a year now. I think I know one or two things about you. One of it is that you don't read, especially a book." I picked up the bottle of beer from the ground and took a sip.
