Harry Potter Books Stacked Novels & Stories

No one was present and I had all the time choosing and deciding what I wanted. "You can buy three books, maximum" Karthik added from beside me. Only three books? Just three books out of all these eye-catching feasts before me? I wish I could buy the whole shelf because there were wide varieties of books also the books I wanted to read so badly which had been stuck on my wish list for years. I could see the Harry Potter series pocking out of the fantasy section; my all-time favorite book. But I had already read them back home so it's a waste of time. I also saw Nancy Drew and Hardy Boys books to my left which excitingly was the crime and thriller section, I had almost read all of them too. I

Heat crept into my face. “I hate how the two of you notice everything.” Magnus took another sip of his tea. “You’ll hate it even more after today’s lesson.” Before I could ask what he meant, the large doors opened once again and Valerian walked inside. The old Archmage carried three enormous books stacked so high in his arms that I could barely see his face behind them. Dust floated into the air with every step he took. He reached the table and dropped all three books directly in front of me. The loud thud echoed through the dining hall.

A U T H O R Bernadette let out a weary sigh as she dropped her bag onto the forest floor, the worn leather hitting the ground with a soft thud. With a subtle flick of her wrist, she unveiled her hidden stash of ingredients—bundles of dried herbs, vials of shimmering liquids, and strange roots wrapped in cloth—placing them carefully beside the large iron pot where water bubbled violently, sending up plumes of steam. Nearby, Severus unceremoniously dumped another stack of ancient spellbooks onto the wooden table, the impact echoing through the hollow silence of the abandoned library.

“He’s troublesome.” I roll my eyes and hold the spine of a book titled ‘Dark Magic’ to pull it. “Why is it stuck?” I mutter, yanking the stubborn book spine, but it won’t budge. I throw my weight into it, only to hear a groaning sound from above. My eyes go wide in horror as the entire shelf seems to tilt forward.

I didn’t hesitate. I pulled Fifty Shades of Grey first (cliché, yes, but I needed an entry point), then The Claiming of Sleeping Beauty by Anne Rice, Story of O, a slim volume called The New Topping Book just to balance it out, and two anthologies with titles like Bound Hearts and Surrender to Me. The stack felt heavy in my arms, like contraband. I carried them to the my corner and hid them under the table. I sat down, and opened the first book.

He places the stack on another empty table. "Here you go, Miss Anna. If I may advise you, I suggest starting with this book here," he points to a red book with gold lettering. "It's about the division of the packs. Then go to this book here," he points to another book with a green cover. "This one is about the old kings and the once-powerful Luna of Mooncrest, and then the rest is up to you." Powerful Luna? I give Zahir a sincere, enthusiastic smile for his tips and dedication in fetching all these books for me.

Its leg—three encyclopedias and a stack of law codes—collapsed, volumes spilling out like broken bricks. The whole massive construct listed, staggering. For a heartbeat, it managed to stay up, swaying on one remaining “leg” and a column of sagging paperbacks. Then its entire spine—built from thick, ancient tomes—shuddered and split. The stack opened like a dropped accordion. In the gap where those books had fused, in the hollow suddenly exposed, something else became visible. Not more shelves. Not ink. A rift. An oblong, vertical cut in reality, hanging just above the drift of paper inside the monster’s broken back.

Two months went by and we were also a week away from Matt's 18th birthday. The man loves to read, so I decided to buy him the complete series of Harry Potter. He loves the books more than the movies. He couldn't afford the whole series, so this is the perfect gift. And also, the wand. He is a Potter head. I saw him walking to his locker, I ran towards him and jumped on his back. "There she is." He chuckled. "You're almost eighteen." I said while hugging him. He's older than us for a few months.

“All kinds of books. I’ve ready fantasy, romance and everything in between. I’ve read Harry Potter probably more times than I can count.” “Harry Potter?” I chuckle. “Don’t diss on Harry Potter or I’ll turn this horse around.” I chuckle at her threat. “Do you read?” “I do, probably not as much as you but I do. I tend to stick to fantasy stories like The Hobbit or the Game of Thrones series.”

"Mind if I sit down?" "No, not at all." Travis walked around and sit on the bench opposite me. He took up the book that I rested on the table earlier and read the title out loud. "'Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows'." He looked up at me. "So, you like Harry Potter?" "Who doesn't?" I say with mock horror, crossing my arms in the process. He held up his palm in defence. "You're not getting any argument from me here." "Good," I said in the same playful, defensive tone.
