“So what about magical creatures are we learning about today?” She grins at me before dropping a heavy book down in front of me, “History of magic creatures!” I put my face in my hands and groan, Drago chuckles from where he’s found a comfortable spot to watch us, a book in his hand. I raise my eyebrow at him, “Harry Potter?” He gives me a sheepish smile, “Don’t spoil it, I’m only on the Prisoner of Askaban.” I laugh and turn back to Serena. “Alright we’re here so let's begin.”

Harry leads Victor into a small meeting room bearing much of the same aesthetic as the main office. There are a large wooden table and red leather chairs. An entire wall of the room is dedicated to books. Harry has always been an avid reader, even when he worked for Victor's father. The Cold Wolf pulls a bottle and two glasses from a cabinet before situating himself in one of the chairs. Harry's a purist, pouring two neat and even drinks before handing one to Victor. "I can't help but feel like you're trying to butter me up," Victor says before sipping the drink. Heavy vanilla and caramel notes melt on his tongue.

She grabbed a thick book and pulled it off the shelf before returning to her seat. She placed the book on the coffee table in front of me so I could see it. My eyes widened when I saw the gorgeous purple and white designs on the book with dark purple lettering that read: Spell Book. “A spell book?” I gasped, running my fingers down the front cover. “Is this real?” She nodded.

"I can't help it, I created you and I know what you think before you even think of it. But don't worry you won't know when I read your mind anymore." I leaned closer to her to see what she was looking for, "is your table always this....creepy" I pursed my lips, but for an entirely different reason. I couldn't imagine this witch having a clean and neat table without different things on her table, like rotten egg, brain, tongue and all other disgusting things I couldn't mention and name. "Ah yes, here it is!" She slammed a book on the coffee table in front of me causing me to flinch.

Harry acts like he doesn’t even notice how awful the drink looks and downs it in one go with a smile. “Well… now that we’re all here, not that I knew we were actually expecting so many people, would you be able to answer some questions about magic for us Cam?” I ask. She nods. “Of course, one second.” She waves over another young woman who is also bartending and lets her know that she is taking a break for a little while. The other woman confirms and then Cam gestures for us to all follow her through to a small back room. CRASH! A coffee mug was seen broken on the floor, spilling its caffeine-laden contents into the space between the wood panels. The mug in question fell from a table that was filled with books, papers, and a laptop. The youthful-looking dark-haired man who was witness to the sight breathed a sigh of relief. None of the items on the table were damaged in the incident. However, he was now worried about something, or rather, someone else.
