Crystal POV I was shocked by how Kieran reacted to the news of his death. “Lord Potter is dead. What killed him?” “That shouldn’t be the question you should be asking because he was killed.” “By whom?” “Alpha Harry and Lord Potter got into a fight; he was injured and bled a lot. Even after what the Healer did, he died.” Manu divulged. Kieran was pissed before going into the washroom to have his bath. Manu and I were confused about what he was thinking and why he didn’t issue an order to have Alpha Harry subdued.

"He was gutted," Bolton adds. "In your apartment. We connected the dots. Plus we couldn't find a body." My grip tightens on the mug. Hot coffee sloshes over my hands and thighs. I don't react.
