My body froze upon hearing his name. "His name at the time was Harry Wilcox. He was on a business trip to India. He took me in, and we bonded. He was a bit older, mid-twenties. He was handsome and charming. I thought I found my Prince Charming." Wow, no wonder. Like mother, like daughter.

I dived in my book and only lifted my head to share in laughter, pass a comment or when addressed. Everyone went strangely quiet, I had to raise my head to see what had caused such an abrupt change. A familiar face of the same asshole, who had thrown me to my death pit my first day here. My demeanor changed as I froze on my seat. When he addressed me and demanded I follow him, I began shaking. Something in my gut screamed danger. “Why?” I was wary of him. And since I didn't have any scheduled visit, my paranoia worsened.

Especially now that I have offered him a promising solution to his problem. ‘Come on Louis! You can do this. Don’t be scared.’ I told myself. As if that was not enough to boost my confidence, I quickly closed my eyes and stretched out my hand to the shelf which can be easily reached while lying on the bed. When I grabbed the book, I opened my eyes to see how marvelous it was. The name of the book was attractive enough to anyone who has an interest in magic. I sat on the bed and brought the oblong burning candle closer to myself, the only source of light in the room. Gracious enough, the illumination from the candle was able to aid me in reading the book. The first page I opened contained the

Selena jumped up at the sound of the alarm, she was scared from what had happened to her the previous days. She was confused and didn't know where she was, or what could she possibly be doing at this place. It was a very big bedroom with expensive interiors laying around every little corner, she was still confused when she sights a picture of Howard. The events from yesterday quickly came back and she realized she was at Howard's, why would he have brought her to his place she wondered.

It was hand written. She went on, flipping the book and stopping to read through some parts of it. It was a book about spells and she found herself laughing at the silliness of the thought that magic was still in existence. Some of the spells in the book made Matilda to shake her head and conclude that the book had been written during the time that witches existed. Some of the recipes in the book had ingredients like a two day old crow's blood, the crushed bark of a cider tree, four leaved clovers, mint leaves that had bloomed in the summer and many other bizarre ingredients.

Next day I'm still annoyed and curious why I can't use magic, I plan to look for magic books in the library. Which made me a little excited because when I looked back at my status, it turned out that my magic energy, which was only 0, had now increased to 1. Even if it was a little, but at least there was progress. At night, I snuck into the royal library and looked for books on magic. Luckily the door was unlocked and there was no guard. Long enough I searched only with a small candle. Finally, after searching for so long, I found the book I wanted.

She slowly steps inside, no trace of Merfoy even his shadow. “Hello? Merfoy? Why is it so dark in here?” she said lowering her voice. She suddenly heard a loud thud in the right corner, it was from the bookshelf. It was so dark that she can’t see a single thing. She step into a book and picked it up. “Is this Merfoy’s magic book?” she thought as she opened it, it suddenly produced a light that struck her eyes and lit the corner where she is standing. The pages moved on their own as it suddenly stops, she read what was written on the page.

Taking the book, I went to bed and hopped up. Leaning back, I started reading. The book captivated me wholly and I didnt know how many hours passed until a soft knock came on the door.

As Peter grappled with Roy, I moved into position, ready to pour the potion on the limbs that did not belong to him. Just when I thought everything was going smoothly, my lack of confidence and a moment's hesitation caused me to pause for a second behind Roy. That one-second delay was all it took for Roy to notice me. He threw Harry and Peter aside and turned to face me. In a panic, I hurled the potion at him, but he dodged it, and the liquid spilled onto the ground. The potion I had waited three days for was wasted due to my hesitation, and everyone's hopes were dashed by my own hands.

Mr Collins instructs after he's finished his angry typing. “Reading what?” I ask. “That,” he points to a book that's on the couch where Theo had been sitting moments before. “What the…” I start to ask, then shake my head, “Right away, Professor Dumbledor,” I snark, picking up the book as he leaves the office. The book looks like a modern school textbook, but the title, ‘The Spark’ has me turning to the first page eagerly to finally get some freaking answers!
