A knife protruded from his chest. No one had seen who threw it. “The Ghost!” Arthur shouted. Panic spread through the room. More lights shattered.

She tried to calm Dad down, saying, "It's okay. Let her stay." But Dad would have none of it. He swept the dishes off the table, shouting, "You're crazy!
