Help With Writer's Block Novels & Stories

Arthur notices what I did, and he grabs the book under my pillow. "Why are you hiding this?" He asks me, and I notice that he catches Lucas's attention. Lucas looks at us and checks the book Arthur's holding. "What's that?" He asks him. "How to avoid writer's block? by Ezckapel." He read the title. I explain to them that I wanted that book. I explain to them that I've been suffering from Writer's Block since I got into an accident. Arthur got shocked by what he heard.

The day was here for him to go to the publishing company, and Xavier could swear that he was really tired to do that. He didn't know why this new story of his isn't going quite well, and giving him the idea that it's not going to be a hit. He's confused…and not just only that, he's been down with writers block for a week and still counting. It wasn't something that partying hard will solve or sleeping around with other girls. Well, the option of sleeping around was out of the question when Anne was here with him.

"Thanks." "You can have a seat," I gesture to the bed and she sits. Her eyes briefly move to my open laptop. "Writing?" "Mhhm." "How's it coming up? Are you having new ideas?" "I am." "Cool. I read a few blogs from writers claiming that sometimes, it seems like the screen goes blank and then when you think of giving up, the smallest thing will bring new big ideas, once you start typing, you can't seem to stop, words and new scenes keep flowing."

Her laptop was open beside her plate of untouched croissants, and I could tell by the way her fingers tapped restlessly against the glass that she’d been staring at a blinking cursor far too long. “Writer’s block?” I asked, pulling off my coat and draping it over the chair. I swear you two are starting to sound alike.”

Usually, I'd write. Writing always helps. I grab my laptop on the nightstand and open my manuscript. Read the same sentence once, twice. Six times. Nothing. The cursor blinks, waiting in mockery. After ten minutes, I've written exactly four words and deleted all four. "Ughhhhh! Forget it," I slam the laptop shut. The problem is'nt writer's block, It's Lucien. Every time I close my eyes, I see him. His office, that contract.
