We stepped into the elevator together and they stopped at the floor just below the rooftop and Henry and I headed straight into the car and our driver opened the doors for us. The second we were seated in the backseat, we stared at each other and laughed out loud keeping our gaze on each other. There was a sliding window that blocked us away from the driver so Henry shut the window as the driver got into the car. “Let’s show them passion.” He said, making me laugh before he latched his lips on mine and kissed me hungrily.

I cling to him even tighter as his mouth covers mine, I try not to avoid or respond to his burning kiss but I am ashamed of myself because my lips respond spontaneously. "No one dares to use my damn elevator except me and you, hell this is my damn condominium!" he promised between our kisses. Yeah, I forgot! *Ting* Elevator sound. "Dammit! Destruction!" Thyro groaned. I laughed in my mind. I'm hung up. He immediately pulled me. I was amazed to see that we were on the top floor and the whole floor was his! He's a billionaire? "What do you want for breakfast?" he asked while looking at my lips.

As the doors closed, his tall frame leaned in. His fingers pinned her head, and his lips pressed down on hers. His kiss was forceful, like a punishment, with no gentleness at all. He was actually kissing her in the elevator. Wasn’t he worried someone might walk in and it would be awkward? Her heart couldn’t take it. What should she do? Their breaths tangled together, indistinguishable whose grew erratic first. Autumn was kissed into a daze, her mind clouded. It wasn’t until voices sounded outside as the elevator doors opened that Keith finally released her.

ELAINE The elevator ride to his penthouse had been a blur of heated kisses, roaming hands, and shallow breaths. The elevator doors slid open with a quiet ding. Ava stepped out, coffee in hand, telling herself to breathe normal. Just another day at Blackwood Enterprises. Just work. Just Damon. But her chest still ached from the kiss. The way his mouth had felt—controlled but desperate—the way his hand had lingered on her face like he wasn’t ready to let go. His face broke into a wide grin, and he began to laugh, a deep, hearty laugh that filled the elevator. Katherina was taken aback, not sure what to make of his reaction.
