Maddie didn’t think much of Shane, so she didn’t want to stand up from her seat, but chose to only edge over so he could sit uncomfortably with her on the same bench. Shane placed his hands on the piano. At first when he started to play, he hit a few wrong notes. It wasn’t because he wasn’t familiar with the song, it was the fact that he sat so close to the one woman he had been chasing after since he had the concept of what love was. I didn't expect to fall so hard , so deep and so fast. I had seen him a couple of times at functions and parties but didn't pay attention not at all. We ran on the same trail "occasionally"and I would just wave hi , smile and run along in the opposite direction ,didn't notice it then but just seeing him made my day that much more extra special.
