I rolled my eyes, but couldn't help but smile back at him. “Yeah, I do,” I admitted, feeling a little shy about my interests. Miles chuckled and began to tell me about the history book in my hand. It was called “The Werewolf Chronicles: A History of Lycanthropy,” and it delved into the long and mysterious history of werewolves.

“Anyone would have missed that because it is insignificant, but not you, Haylee.” Liya was right. The book was shoved behind two giant books, and its front cover had been ripped off. I held Jodie with one arm, stretching the other to get the book off the shelf. If the internet doesn’t have it, then history books might, I say to myself. I get up quickly, my heart racing as I pull on my jacket and head out the door. I make my way to the nearest library, hoping to find the answers I need. The library is quiet, with the smell of old books filling the air. I move through the aisles, scanning every book on folklore, creatures, myths. But the deeper I search, the more things don’t add up. Shelves are missing books, and some books I find look like pages have been ripped out. The more I dig, the more it feels like someone is hiding something and trying to erase it from history. My heart sinks as I search through every nook and cranny, but there’s nothing. N

She followed Willow around the corner and into an aisle labeled Biographical Histories. Willow stopped in front of the third shelf and ran her puffy hands along the spines, finally pulling out a book and handing it to Clara: Historic Crimes in Hiestora. When Clara pried it open, the book issued a hissing sound and she noticed it suddenly felt lighter in her hands. Cracking open the dusty tome, Clara noticed pictures that were moving as if the history was playing out once again inside these pages. Below the pictures were written texts of the events.

The rest of the day seems boring so, I decided to read a book. "Let's see what I got here? I started looking for a storybook that will get my attention. Nope. Not this one. Yes finally found you " Sherlock Holmes. My favorite detective of all time. This book always inspired me to write a mystery novel. I tried many times, but nothing came to my mind. So I decided to give a break and concentrate on other things. I was a very very big fan of mystery and detective novels than romance and action. "If I started reading now, then I can finish this entire book by evening. The stories looked really interesting." I thought while flipping the pages.
