Towards A Happy Ending … While Sybb, Laggas, Skye, Mahi, and Kulv are chatting in the castle before Sybb, Laggas, and Skye sleep, in the Golden Forest, there is a small house made of mud that can be seen in the middle of the countless black and leafless trees. Inside this small mud house is a hammock that is made of the branches of the trees, and on it lies the witch whom Sybb, Laggas, and Skye fought against today.

'Quagmire' is a romance novel which possesses a lot of twists, turns, complications but still enough romance to keep it interesting and thrilling. All the flower plants in the garden seem to be abloom, and their fragrance mixed with the scent of the cut grass creates a wonderful combination. The hilltop on which the mansion is situated isn’t that tall, but it’s steep enough that you could see the whole pack village when you stand on top of it. I pause for a moment to take everything in. The forest surrounding the village of the pack is green and thriving, and a range of tall, craggy mountains surrounds the pack territory. Joanna climbed out of the coach and looked about the village. It was only three miles from Castle Kincade, and it was larger than she expected. There was a milliner's, a modiste, a blacksmith shop, a bookstore, and a market with quite a few inns. Boxes full of brightly colored flowers sat just beneath every window. Purple florets bloomed from Scottish thistles mixed with the red bog myrtles, Scottish bluebells, and the bright-yellow gorse blooms.

About two hours of staying in the air , we finally entered the northern territory. The territory of Crescent Pack's werewolves and my hometown. "Where should I land?" Drystan asked through mindlink. "On the castle of Crescent. It's white marble castle embedded with statues of wolves including other creatures carved in gold.'' I looked forward to the magic tower. One of its kind especially was used for casting magic spells and making potions. As we crossed the magic tower the atmosphere started getting foggy. The smell of burning corpses and houses sneaked inside my nostrils.

"This place is quite familiar. I just can't remember." He knew he had been here before, but he couldn't remember much. With his werewolf eyesight and enhanced senses, he realized it was a simple ancient human village—maybe a peasant village? Peasant village? Impossible. He thought to himself. It settled in the foot right through the nearby forest, a dark wilderness in the little landscape hill. Somehow Sage knew the village sat there rain or shine and did exactly what it was supposed to do: raise nourishment for a predator like him and feed the elegance of his kind from the valley.

Hazel's eyes immediately started to scan the place they were, when they appeared at somewhere else. It was a vast land and there was nothing in sight... "Is this the place?" Her eyes were closed as she did, and slowly, their eyes became open, and they saw what Gwen was talking about... they were no longer standing in the vast but a place which looked like a small village... I looked up to see the place he brought me to. As we got closer I could make out a small village. The entrance was hidden behind a thick curtain of leaves, creeping vines and trees which probably served as a protection against other clans and wildlife. The village was divided into different chambers and corridors. I saw different werewolves in their wolf form as we walked past and men, women and children going about their daily routine.

“And how will you seduce such a powerful King?” “Oh, I have my ways.” Smiling to herself she strutted confidently ahead, leaving Zarek to smirk at her backside. Soon enough the gate to the inner village came into view. The gate was a massive stone structure in the middle of a stone wall that surrounded the village, the castle at the very back along the tree line. A steel portcullis was hidden away between the rows of murder holes above as they both passed beneath.

Henry frowned, rubbing his hands over his face but he said nothing as he followed me into the silent streets. The houses started to thin out as we reached the edge of town. Trees crept closer obscuring the few houses that loitered this far out. Weed sprung up between the cracked cobblestones. This far out, away from the protective walls of the castle, the town was more woods than town.
