1001 Ways to Make My Husband Cheat

1001 Ways to Make My Husband Cheat

I added quickly, “For beginners.” “Cooking? You mean a recipe book?” “Not a recipe book.” I pressed my lips, trying to explain what I had in mind. “A book that teaches the basics, like techniques, equipment. One that can teach you from scratch.” He furrowed his brows, thinking for a moment before walking over to one of the bookshelves. He climbed onto a step stool, then pulled out one of the books from the very top shelf. He dusted the cover off with his hand, then blew on it before climbing back down and handing it to me.

The Priest Is A Mafia Don: Punish Me Father!

The Priest Is A Mafia Don: Punish Me Father!

"Tell me what you're planning for when we get there." "Small house near the coast." I'd been refining this fantasy for weeks. "Something old that needs work so we have projects to focus on, garden in the back where we can grow vegetables we'll probably kill through neglect." "I don't know anything about gardening." His voice was lighter. "Or home repair or any of the things normal people do." "Then we learn." I was tracing patterns on his chest. "We buy books and watch YouTube videos and make mistakes until we figure it out."

The C.E.O's Weakness

The C.E.O's Weakness

The news filled me with cautious hope. I went back to the ward, kissed Mum goodbye, and promised I’d return tomorrow. She protested as usual, but it was futile. I would be here — no matter what. On my way back, I spotted a small roadside thrift book stall. The colorful covers drew me in. As I browsed through the shelves, bumping gently into other customers, a green book caught my eye. The cover was filled with beautiful pastries. Bake Like a Pro: A Beginner’s Guide to Making Homemade Specials. I flipped through the pages, scanning the headings. It looked solid. I counted a few bucks and handed them to the old trader.

Her Deadly Revenge

Her Deadly Revenge

There was a chainlink fence in the backyard, but it wouldn't do the job when it came to biters. We planned to visit the hardware store and grocery store to see what was left. Seeds and canning equipment were vital, plus I wanted to find a library. I wanted to gather books on a slew of topics since I knew very little about most everything in this new world. Specifically, I needed to find guide books about gardening, canning, hunting, and even being a mother. Having to grow up at such a fast pace was difficult, and I was admittedly ignorant in many categories of basic human existence.

I really got sucked into this book. It was very good. It has nothing to do with wolves, like the blurb above says. It's more like an end of the world type book. Wasn't something I normally read, but I'm glad I did.
Sabrina
The blurb and the title don’t match this book. The story is about a zombie apocalypse, a bunch of strangers that meet and their relationships that develop throughout. I thought the ending was good, but I would love to read a sequel for some much needed closure. Overall, it’s a really good book.

The Beta's Scarred Mate: A Loner to Luna Prequel

I nodded, “Okay. I would like to introduce you ladies to Stef and Annie. They will help you get caught up and clean the laundry room. They will also help you get that room more organized so that you can work more efficiently. Please do not hesitate to ask me if you feel there is anything you need. I am not Alpha Ben or Alpha Raymond. I actually care. I have done what you do. All of you. I do not want you to go without anything you need to make this pack run efficiently.” I continued, “I’m assuming the last two omegas are responsible for the kitchen?” They nodded, “We are. We try to cook for the pack, but nobody wants to eat our food. The last cook made it impossible for us to reach their sta

A fantastic starting point for anyone interested in homesteading is 'The Backyard Homestead' by Carleen Madigan. This book is like a treasure trove packed with knowledge for beginners! It covers everything from planting a vegetable garden to keeping chickens, so you can really get a taste of what it means to be self-sufficient. I loved how it breaks down complex topics into accessible bites, making it feel less intimidating. Plus, the illustrations are super helpful if you’re a visual learner like I am.

Another gem is 'Gaia's Garden' by Toby Hemenway. This one revolutionized how I look at gardening. It focuses on permaculture, which, let me tell you, is not just a buzzword—it's a holistic approach that makes gardening feel like a delightful ecosystem rather than just a patch of dirt! The techniques are sustainable and environmentally friendly, so if you care about the planet, this book is a must-read. The insights inspired me to rethink my entire yard layout and make it more functional and friendly to wildlife.

Lastly, I can’t overlook 'The Organic Gardener's Handbook of Natural Pest and Disease Control' by Fern Marshall Bradley. This book might sound a bit niche, but trust me, it’s invaluable! When I first started out, I faced a ton of challenges with pests, and this guide helped me understand how to manage those problems without reaching for chemical solutions. The strategies are practical and grounded in science, which made me feel more confident tackling my garden concerns organically!
