Things were always very busy and hectic on those days. Mrs Durall was one of the first beneficiaries of the scheme and had been Mikayla's patient for years. Mikayla sat back in her chair and winced as her back protested the awkward position it'd been in for those seconds. Mrs Durall was still prattling on. Closing my eyes, I flop back on my bed, mulling everything over.
