Noble people were most welcomed and desired as everybody sought their companion and wanted to be noticed by an earl, baron or the duke. Recently new group of people has been added to The Society, the rich ones. Being a noble person doesn’t always equal to being wealthy. Quite often the nobles were on the verge of bankruptcy than marrying a nouveau riche might be a life saving matter, thus marriages of that kind occurred more often. Mr and Mrs Netherfells were an example of such marriage.
