Broken Promises The Movie Novels & Stories

"Brandon has broken the promise he made to you.” In Tábata's mind only one question; Which of all the promises he had made had he broken? “What are you taking about? I don't understand.” Tábata said, drinking her drink, wanting to think that Brandon could have broken a thousand promises but not the most important one for her.

As Lust is giggling and feeding from the emotion that I do not want to lose no matter what. “Trust, all you have to do is trust.” After those thoughts with the answers that I couldn’t find, seconds starts to come back on track in my life. The heart that bleeds, the heart that bears those fears and so many aches, suddenly bears the cold, and the chill that once has faded, and there only remains the frozen heart inside of ice of the stranger who somehow gave it with the right medicine. “Promises are meant to be broken? Tsk! That’s a lie, for promises are a sacred word to be broken by anyone. Promises are not meant to be broken. They are meant to be fulfilled.”

It’s killing her. S: But if she finds out I broke my promise. It will be the end of me, and I will take it out on you. I will make you hurt in ways you never thought were possible, and when your wolf heals you, I will do it again. C: Ok, tone it down. S: I’m not joking. This is a big deal. I have never broken a promise to Adina. C: Ok, ok I get it. I won’t let her find out anything.

I said without second thoughts. “Okay,” Cal said with a smile as he offered his hand for a shake, “You know about the Wolf Promise, right?” A Wolf Promise may seem like an ordinary promise for some, but what other people don’t know is the weight that it carries for the one who broke it. For the one who broke the promise, it would mean losing everything that he has, including his pack. There is no way out once a promise has been made. Except for one, and that is when the other party agrees to the promise to be broken.

I asked. “Give me the truth." And then Sofia held out her little finger. I wanted to cry and laugh at the same time. I taught her about the little finger promise when she was 4 years old and I was 8. We promised never to lie to each other. A little finger promise could never be broken. She remembered this. I didn't deserve that gesture, I broke my promise. But not anymore. Sofia deserved the truth that I had denied her for so many years, even though in the end I would lose her for good.

The bookshelf which was once filled with her favorite books was now nearly empty with one or two books lying here and there, rest of the books were either torn in half and were lying on the floor or they were burned and were now nothing but ashes. The photo frame holding a picture of him and Liza gazing at each other was now broken and shards of glass were strewn across the floor and the picture itself was now ripped just like his heart. He wondered where the love which was filled in the eyes of the man and woman gazing at each other in the picture had faded away leaving nothing but a blank look. The pain of betrayal had crushed his soul; it had cut him deeper than any knife could. Along wit

Liam kissed her lips and looked at her with so much tenderness that Max completely melted. "I love you, Max. I love both of you. And no matter what I have to do, I'll always protect you. I promise," he whispered, pressing his forehead to hers. But unfortunately, there are promises that, no matter how much we mean them, are not so easy to keep. Promises that must be broken—even if doing so breaks our hearts in the process. And the truth was that neither Liam nor Max could imagine what, at that very moment, was being set in motion against them.

His eyes were fixed on the glass he’s holding, it’s almost as if he’s watching the liquor dance as he moves it. “Of course I was mad. A part of me resented her because she betrayed me for another man. She made me question my worth, she hurt me in ways no one could,” His jaw clenched harshly. “But I can’t do anything about it, Ellyse. Love will never be enough if trust is broken. Maybe a part of me wanted her to beg, to tell me that it was only a mistake she’ll never commit again. But she didn’t. And that in itself already spoke volumes to me,” Riden placed his glass down, clasped his fingers together before looking at her.

"By the way, Ryan said if your pup is ever born, it'll just steal the fatherly love meant for mine. So, you should really think about that." "After all, he doesn't even know you're pregnant, does he? But he's guarding my pup every single day." I stared at the words on the screen and suddenly started to laugh. So, that was their plan. I touched my stomach, thinking of the doctor's words—the pup is still there—and a wave of determination washed over me. I will protect this pup myself. I forced myself up and wrote out a formal declaration to dissolve the mate bond. I left the papers on the coffee table in the Pack House, right next to my wedding ring.

I thought about him signing those papers last night, distracted, already thinking about Francesca’s mouth. He never even read them. Because it never occurred to him that I would leave. For four years, I had swallowed every betrayal. Every humiliation. Every broken promise. He thought I would swallow forever. He was wrong. There wouldn’t be a next time.
