Epilogue: Now that I have written several of these stories, I find that my old ghosts have started to haunt my dreams yet again. It is amazing that once things are written down, they begin to take on a life of their own. Just remember, if you don’t want things to go bump in the night, don’t tell anyone else about them.

I don’t even want to think of the implications that would hold for Tanner and me. Swallowing thickly, I force myself to keep reading. After listing out the names of the dead, the author shifts from fact to speculation, notating some of the theories that have arisen over the years. This feels like safer territory. A lot of these conjectures are rumors I’ve heard over the years: the land is haunted, or cursed, or there are witches and demons in the swamp. But there’s no proof for any of these, and I end up with more questions than answers by the time I’m finished reading.

It's already noon. "UGH!!!" I groan while messing my head as I can't think of any to improve my work! Creating a happy ending is so hard for me as a tragedy writer! I need to have some ideas! I hurriedly stand up, open my vault, and look for a book that gives my idea a happy ending. Then it suddenly comes to my mind that I don't have any. All my books are mostly tragedy, horror, fantasy, and what he said is "Love Story." with a quotation.

And, as far as we can tell, those rotten never weary. They may keep coming in a never-ending barrage of fear. They don't need to settle down, drink, or do anything else. They're a bunch of mindless, ravenous beasts susceptible to tremendous devastation. Worse still, they're scary. Period of being exposed to them hasn't diminished my dread of them, and I doubt anything will ever do so. They're creatures, no matter how you look at them. They're the things nightmares are made of. The ghosts, vampires, witches, and werewolves are just in the books. Right? Fiction. Not real."
