The next second, the Patchwork Monster tore the man in half. He tossed the body outside casually. The sea was a few steps away from her, she could already hear its wave even though she cannot see the waters clearly and now she was contemplating whether to reach the shore or to head back home to catch some more sleep since it was the dead of night and no one seemed to be out here, not even the werewolves, vampires or witches she has heard and read of.
