I had to go to the bathroom, and by the time I returned, the door was wide open, and whoever had been inside was gone. They must have snuck out while I was away. After my rounds, there was little left for me to do, so I decided to go into the break room and play some games on my phone to pass the time. I was so engrossed in the game that I barely noticed when the door opened. I glanced up, and there she was—Veronica Adams, the nurse. Veronica was attractive, with a figure that turned heads without even trying. Even in her nurse's uniform, there was something bold about her dressing. The fabric hugged her curves like a second skin, leaving little to the imagination.

The room was pitch black. I couldn’t even see my own hand. I reached toward the wall, searching for a light switch. Just as my fingertips brushed the surface— “Don’t.” The deep voice cut through the darkness like a knife. I froze. It was low. Powerful. Dangerously calm. My heart lurched. “I… I’m your nurse,” I stammered. “I need the lights so I can examine your injuries.” Silence. Then— “I said don’t.” My pulse quickened.

The two nurses from the yacht were both dragged to the scene, and they had bruises, and their eyes were barely open from how swollen they were. “What a beautiful reunion.” She clapped her hands like a sociopath. “I will drain you of your blood, but I won't pour it in the sink as you did to mine; I'll actually donate it to save lives.” What? As if reading the shock on my face, she nodded, "Yes, Hellen, I know what you did." My eyes widened, and fear gripped me like an iron grip, making it hard to get any air into my lungs. “Do you want them dead or alive?” Isaac’s deep voice asked as we all paled.

"Enjoy your freedom while it lasts! You're going down, you witch!" His shouts summoned the nurses and a squad of security guards. "Who are you people? You've got no business here!" The nurse eyed them suspiciously, and then her gaze darkened. "You're Helma, aren't you? What are you up to? Trying to off someone to keep 'em quiet?" Helma was at a loss for words. Creepiness oozed from every corner of the hospital. Eventually, they were booted out by the nurses and the guards.

The world tilted sideways as consciousness crept back in. Everything was spinning—white ceiling, white walls, white sheets that smelled like disinfectant and despair. I tried to sit up, and the room lurched violently. A scream tore from my throat before I could stop it. --- Footsteps thundered down the hallway. A nurse burst through the door, her face creased with concern. She was middle-aged, with kind eyes behind wire-rimmed glasses. "Signorina, please, you must stay calm," she said in accented English.

said a nurse. "Maybe you're just dreaming," said another nurse. "No! I'm sure I wasn't dreaming. I saw her, my daughter-in-law there!" said Mrs. Miranti frantically. "Shhh!" Mr. Septa immediately warned his wife. Late. The nurses were confused by Mrs. Miranti's attitude. Mr. Septa finally apologized and gave them understanding. The nurses said goodbye to leaving Doni with his parents. "That's right, A. I saw that demonic woman there drinking blood! Hiiii ...." said Mrs. Miranti still emotional.

Watson immediately sat up as soon as Harvey was done. “Aaah!” The beautiful nurses screamed while they trembled in fear. Maren and the others became instantly sluggish. ‘What the Hell just happened?’ “Is… Is he a ghost?” Maren took quite a few steps back with utter disbelief written all over her face. Cold shivers were sent down her spine at this moment. A supposedly dead man suddenly sprung up before staring her right in the eye. She thought that this was some sort of horror movie plot. The nurses fell to the ground, on the verge of tears.

In it was a teenage girl with cerebral palsy who was unable to fend for herself. The nursing staff were chastising her for getting her breakfast on her clothes. Hayden took a seat on the floor and booted his laptop. His fingers began to clack away expertly at the keyboard. Soon after, the nursing staff's terrified screams came from the room behind him. "Why did the roomba suddenly run into me?!" "I don't know! Huh? Why is the microwave lighting up?!" "That's creepy! Is this place haunted? Ahhh!" Both nurses instantly ran out of the room, and the roomba ran right after them!

The nurses on the floor began to stir awake. Still turning and twisting, cold iciness filled the room from the walls. She gave a piercing horrific cry while it abruptly changed to a demonic chuckle slowly filled with rage. So furious, it sent the three male nurses reeling across the room. Two of them crashed into the two opposite walls while the last one is thrown out of the window. In triumph, she gave out a pealed guttural yelping laughter as the nurse fell to his death.

They claimed the moral high ground and accepted gratitude for it. Blood surged up again. I coughed, and red splattered across the floor. Inside the ward, Amber shrieked, "Oh my god, what's happening? I can't breathe." She gasped and cried out, "Is this hospital haunted? Where is Viola? Nelson, hurry and drag her back in. If there's a ghost, let it take her life instead." Nelson grabbed me under the arms and hauled me back onto the bed. Right on cue, the nurse arrived for rounds. She checked my vitals, frowned, and pushed a painkiller into my IV.
