How Did Gyomei Go Blind Novels & Stories

Elion murmured, dabbing antiseptic on a particularly deep scratch near Cale’s jugular. "It stings," Cale hissed, flinching away. "I know. Iodine isn't a spa treatment. But unless you want an infection to go with your fracture, sit still." Cale gripped the sheets. He looked pale, his eyes sunken. The "blindness"—the loss of his Sight—was taking a toll deeper than the physical injuries. He looked like a man trying to navigate a room full of knives in the dark. "It's cold," Cale said suddenly.

She stepped to the side and watched me with fearful and worried eyes. I took two steps forward and then everywhere went dark. I scrambled around in the darkness and lost my footing. “Lord!” Megan exclaimed and rushed to assist me. “I said, I got it from here!” I roared. She jumped back and stood stiffly. I let out a growl as I calmed my breathing. I closed my eyes shut tightly and then slowly opened them again. Everything was blurry but slowly the hallway began to come into sight. My vision was back. The sudden blindness, that had never happened before. The curse was progressing faster and faster.

I was a man who owned the world, and yet, I was the most blind man alive. Amara's POV The pain was a living thing. It was a steady, terrible pounding that started in the small of my back and spread through my entire body until I couldn't see, couldn't breathe, couldn't think. I was on the floor of my room in Belvidere. The floor was cold against my cheek, the smell of dust and old wax filling my senses. I had fallen from the chair an hour ago, and the strength to get back up had vanished with the last wave of tightening.

Talen bit his thumb and Meguitte used thumb and index finger to part Bianca’s eyelid over the affected eye. “Oh, god,” Aislen pressed her hand to her mouth. “Is she blind in that eye?” “We will not know until she wakes,” Meguitte said as Talen let his blood drip into the eye, the white glaze pinking. “It is highly likely that she will be visually impaired. What happened?”

The window was sound proof judging by the little mic on Snakes’ table. “The bad news is, well she is blind. Good news is, it’s only temporary, I think. Her scans show that head blunt trauma caused some of her blood vessels to rupture causing blood to leak into her vitreous humor that’s why she should have been blind” “Should have been?” “Some of her blood vessels are healing, Flames. She should be able to see, not clearly at least but she should see. With everything she’s been through, emotional trauma might be the reason why she’s still blind”

He welcomed me into the room, staring at me awkwardly, which left me trying to figure out if he was healed or not. He was looking at me but it didn't feel like it, I can remember Kimberly telling me yesterday he got blind from some stuff that Anita threw him in the eyes. I wonder if he got his vision back yet or not. “How are you doing? I heard that you can't see. Is that true?” I stopped a few feet away from him, creating a safe distance between us to avoid contacting whatever it was that made him blind. Kimberly said that it wasn't airborne, but I'm not taking any chances anyway.

Kain leaned back, pretending to lose appetite for the food. He needed his current state of sorrow to be convincing. “It was a few days after that he suddenly went blind. We called in Doctor Finn, the family doctor. He said the blindness was temporary, but he couldn't do anything for Liam's legs” ‘Temporary?’ Ava thought. It had been two years. This meant Liam would've likely gotten his sight earlier if they hadn't kept messing with his drugs. Kain sighed out “That's how things are now. He can't see or walk, and has to be taken care of.” His expression softened “I'm happy he's got someone like you to care for him”

Amelia quickly let go of her and curiously asked, “ What's wrong, Hailey?” Before Mrs. Amelia could shut her mouth, Hailey had thrown up the food she ate the previous day. Just after a second, she began to feel dizzy. “I…” Hailey was about to say something but suddenly collapsed in her standing position. “Hailey! Hailey!” Mrs. Amelia called out as she fell on her knees and shook Hailey to wake up. “ Honey, do something, please.” “I have nothing to do with her. She doesn't need me. Let her husband come and take her to the hospital.” Mr. Grayson retorted and returned to the couch he was sitting on earlier.

That day left me blinded for life, it left me scarred and it left me to the event that changed my whole life around. Two years had gone by since I was left blinded by that hunter's trap. My parents didn't care when I came home, bumping into things, with blood on my face. Over the course of two years, I had healed but my sight was lost forever, it was during this time that I began to rely on my hearing and soon I adapted to the black void that would always be with me. It was also during this time that I began to hear my parents whisper things about the upcoming winter, getting rid of their mistake, and finally hoping that they'd be set free of it. Somehow I knew they were talking about me but

“I feel useless.” He sighed. “You never told me what happened about your blindness.” “That’s because I don’t know the full story,” I said. “I woke up and I suddenly couldn’t see. I remembered just falling down and hurting my head, and after that, the world turned black.” “Hmm,” he hummed. “Have you gotten a doctor to check it out?” I shook my head and chuckled pathetically. “I never got the chance too. I’d be lucky to even have medicine when I’m in pain when I stayed in the Belmont Kingdom.”
