How Old Is Big Lex From Baddies Midwest Novels & Stories

“Shut up.” My stomach clenched. My heart hammered in my chest as I approached the table where Lex was casually talking with Mykel and Lake Winston, the nephew of Moses Braddson, the commercial and military aircraft manufacturer. Many people compared him to Elon Musk. I honestly didn’t know how to start a conversation with Lex. I was both upset and shy, feeling ungrateful after all that he’d done to me, and I was always an awkward kid growing up. Lex changed me after he hired people and speech experts to hone me into a leader.

Due to the fact that something about this felt off. Very off. My parents do not behave this way. They do not let things slide. They do not ignore details. They dissect everything, question every angle, demand clarity before allowing anything to move forward. Yet right now? They were doing the exact opposite. And that alone told me more than any answer they could give. Papa finally spoke. “Lex,” he said calmly, his tone steady, almost too steady. “You are in your late twenties.” I held his gaze. “An adult,” he continued, “old enough to make decisions about how you want your life to go.”

“And stop doing that with your hair. You need to chill out, none of this was your fault, Levy.” The hell it was. “Let me go over this one more time. The brother was five or six, Jake was eighteen and that was eighteen years ago.” Lex nods in agreement. “That would make him about twenty-three or twenty-four now.” “Bingo. Nothing wrong with your math so why the hell you didn’t do great in math is anyone’s guess,” his voice is laced with sarcasm. “Cut it out, Lex. The mobile number is traced back to this kid’s mobile.”

" I could see them looking sideways at each other, trying to decide who was brave enough to say it. Of course it was Lyndon, since he had studied martial arts and had a permit to carry a gun. He scratched his chin and said, "She's not a kid though." "Is it true that she's older than Samantha?" I said through clenched teeth, "And Samantha is a kid." Andrew spoke up and said, "Sure, she's a kid to us. But, I mean, legally, she's twenty-one. What's Lexie's age?" “Twenty-three.” My jaw was so tight that I could barely get the words out. Another very long break. This time, Michael took the lead. "You had a four-year-old when you were twenty-three."

I added. And that is what we did the whole week until it was confirmed that Lex had not only lost his wolf but he had been nearly molested by the "big, bad wolves" and had fallen in the river before "Grandpa Carl" came to his rescue this time. Papa Lex did not want to talk to anyone except to his angel, Lex Jr. now. One glance towards the bulletin board of the university and I saw Lex's name on the fvcking top with perfect scores, just above mine.

“At least I learned something from my mom.” With that last statement, I thought about Tyler and the statement he made about being his father’s son. Seems to me like the members of the Bad Boys Club think they are some sort of younger versions of their parents like they have accepted their fate that they might never be able to escape their parent’s shadows. Heather stood up and stretched. I didn’t realize how much time had gone until I looked at the clock on Helen’s wall and was surprised to see it was 3: 45.

“I was right about letting you marry into the Callahans, James. It is the best decision of my life! I never imagined that I could have such a grand celebration at the age of eighty. I’ll hold a press conference to announce the change of venue for my birthday celebration.” “Alright, Grandpa. I’ll head back first. I’ve already made the arrangements, and the Callahans will be allowed to go ahead of time to decorate the place, but… please don’t damage anything. Otherwise, the Callahans and I will be doomed if my commander finds fault in us.” “Alright, I’ll be careful.” Lex was ecstatic. He was finally about to have his once-in-a-lifetime grand experience at the age of eighty. Tommy, Megan, Wendy

He really doesn't have solid reasons to oppose Lexis in being the underboss but he just gets the feeling that it wouldn't be a good idea to make this 18 years old kid-who has blazing dangerous look in his eyes, one that send chills down anyone's spine-the underboss. Ever since the day of his mother's death, he knew that Lexis would no longer remain the innocent cheerful kid everyone knew. And Lexis did change drastically, becoming more ruthless than the boss himself. He sighs in defeat not saying anything else.

she said. “ Nonsense. You eat what you want. We are not strangers to big eaters. Every wolf in this pack can eat three times that much.” dad said. Lexi seemed pleased with that and dove in. She had just finished her second grilled cheese and was about to start on her soup when Elder Ross said “ Lexi forgive me speaking out of turn. But I believe your increased appetite is your body getting ready for your wolf to come forward. You are close to your twentieth birthday correct?” Lexi wipes her mouth then answers “ Yes, sir. Just a few weeks away.”

Lex asked. He was spending the weekend with his favorite uncle Kyle and his favorite aunt Emily. Actually, if you ask him, he would say he’s babysitting their three year old son. “Not in your life,” Leo replied with a smirk. Their rivalry at video games continued into the years. “Hey pumpkin, giving the boys hell?” Lex asked Harmony. Pumpkin was their nickname for their only sister. She was their most prized jewel. “They’re bullying me,” Harmony pouted and Lex pretended to frown. “Who dares to bully our princess? Kayden? Richard? Oh I’m gonna kick your asses when I get back.” Lex said, making a scary face and his little brothers giggled.
