(1 month later) Stella POV It was a late Friday night when Maeva finally came back from the library, carrying a bunch of books. Her key card allowed her access that students don't normally have, so she was able to roam the library at all hours of the night if she wanted to. She even had access to the sections of books that students normally didn't have access to. I'm not sure what she had been working on, or what it was she was trying to find, but she usually went to the library after we all called it a night & came back with few books that she would spend the rest of the weekend reading through.

The side door was propped open by a rock, as it always was after-hours. Some night staff didn’t care much about rules. Inside, I made his way through a narrow corridor lined with dusty shelves. A single lamp glowed over a row of ancient computers tucked in the corner. I sat at the farthest one and powered it on. The screen took its time. When the browser finally loaded, I launched a Tor proxy, tunneled through three ghost IPs, and opened a console window I hadn’t touched in over six months.

“That’s what I’m afraid of.” We walk into the library hand in hand and Cameron smiles like the cat that got the cream. “What’s wrong with you? You’re acting creepy.” I smirk. How do I do that?” he asks the lady. “Just go to computer twenty-two, type into the search bar what records you are looking up, and it will search for you.” “Thank you.” He smiles and we walk to the station where all the computers are.

Jimmy still felt shaken as he and McEwan came from the rain and entered the library. The primary research room was as Rodriguez had described it - a dramatic octagonal chamber dominated by an enormous round table with twelve flat-screen computer workstations. On the far side of the room, a reference librarian was just pouring a pot of tea and settling in for the day of work. "Good morning," she said in a beautiful British accent, leaving the tea and walking over. "May I help you?"

I appreciate their affection, but I also need some space to breathe and figure out my own feelings. During lunch, I decide to seek solace in the library. It's a quiet and peaceful place where I can gather my thoughts and escape the chaos of the guys' attention. As I walk through the rows of bookshelves, I spot Mac sitting at a table, engrossed in a textbook. I approach her with a smile, relieved to see a familiar face. "Hey, Mac," I greet her, sliding into the seat across from her. She looks up, a warm smile spreading across her face. "Hey, how's it going?" she asks, closing her textbook.

Teagan POV. I enter the library and find the laptop waiting for me sat on a desk facing the door. I move closer to it and sit down. I open the lid and wait for it to turn on. I look around the library and wait for it to boot up. Once it does. I check the apps and roll my eyes. Seriously, did they think I would do a damn internet search? Morons. I grab a USB from my pocket and I smirk as I plug it in. I access the files and wait for them to d******d. I spin on the chair, waiting when I hear the beep to tell me I am now secure and the app I need is waiting to be opened.
