How To Get Stone Breathing In Demon Fall Novels & Stories

“He will know. Our vision is unmatched.” The beast backed away, its colossal claws causing mini-earth quakes whenever they thundered onto the ground beneath them. He was looking for the stone that his body had now covered. After a few minutes, he stopped. His head bowed towards the floor, and I knew he had found it. The dragon’s chest swelled as he prepared to exhale. I held my own breath, knowing this was the moment we had been waiting for. I briefly considered what would happen if it did work. Fallon would no doubt be able to wipe us out in minutes once he realised that the stone was destroyed.

Noticeable tears are streaking down her face and her body wracks with silent sobs. No one says anything for a second, before, finally Alex mumbles, "Gina, could you maybe unchain me?" "Oh, yes of course." she sniffles, running over to Alex. "Gina?" I say, causing her to look over at me, "What was that, that you used on the demon?" She stills her work on the chains and turns to look at me fully. "Chalcedony," she sighs, "It's a mineral and, also, the easiest way to banish demons to hell forever."

I'm going to die right here. I clawed at my own neck, trying to tear my shirt open to get more oxygen, but my numb hands couldn't grip the fabric. I fell forward, my knees hitting the floor with a hard thud. I pressed my forehead against the cool ground, gasping like a fish out of water. The suffocating feeling in my throat turned into a burning heat. Deep inside my chest, right where the stone was buried, something pulsed.

he added. Hydra nodded her head and closed her eyes, murmuring some words as she held out the stone in front of the pit once again. Her hand that held the stone began to remove black mist, circling the stone. The stone shone brighter than before, making Amaya and Aragorn squeezing their eyes shut. The rays from the stone all merged together and pointed towards Lucifer who gave a little hissing when the rays hit him on his chest. It began sucking his soul and soon the light faded. One could see Lucifer's soul going round the stone in Hydra's hand.

It was due to the intense climate change and the bizarre monsters she had fought against and the experience proved useful. Amy leapt down from the mouth, which was around 14 feet above the ground. A few seconds before the fall, she had whispered, "Side Step". As if due to a glitch in the video game, her body teleported three steps down and landed without much acceleration on the ground. "Hehe, a complete hack. I'm in love with this new skill." Using the space stone, she stopped the wave from releasing any more. It took the boss 5 more seconds to start moving.

I open my eyes, only realizing that I was trying to keep up with my breathing. "Your eyes..." Jace comments, his irises darkening. His breathing slowly becomes ragged and his heartbeat quickens. His hands begin to tremble and he shuts his eyes. "Why are they glowing blue and gold?" Elina notices the distress the two of us are in and places her hand over our eyes. "Power residing inside this stone, come out and embrace these people as your own." After the words leave Elina's lips, my heartbeat and breathing begin to stabilize. The ringing inside my ears slowly slips away, and the stabbing pain on my chest fades.

Rage flows through me again, and I can feel my powers surging within me, and suddenly, I know what to do. I focus on the earth beneath me, calling forth vines and roots to entangle the demon's feet. The demon tries to break free, but the vines tighten around its legs, holding it in place. I continue to channel my powers, summoning a gust of wind to knock the demon off its feet. It crashes to the ground, stunned and disoriented. Taking advantage of the demon's momentary weakness, I rush to Ryder's side and check his wounds. They're deep but not fatal. I breathe a sigh of relief and turn my attention back to the demon, ready to finish what I started.

“All together boys! One shouted and they all jumped up the dais steps. As they jumped they suddenly found themselves hanging in the air unable to move as Ruben encased them in a spell which stilled the air around them taking away their momentum and their ability to breathe. As they floating in the air, choking for their last breaths Ruben looked out over the rest of the demons. “Anyone else?” A ripple of sullen despair went through the crowd. The three demons were suddenly ripped apart by a strong rapid gust of wind, their blood raining down upon the crowd.

He looked at me in shock and I could see the fear in his eyes when he looked at my arm. "Demon." I heard him say before running away from my room. I just asked why he seems to be scared. Who is the demon? Me? What is a demon by the way? Then when I got dressed I went out of the room and went to the kitchen, I saw a knife fall to the floor so I took it but I immediately let it go and closed my eyes because I saw something in my mind again. I saw the face of my mom and the girl with the horns again, mom was holding a knife and stabbed that girl with the horns, the girl did not know because she was sleeping.

My breathing came even and slow. Kade stood up too. He walked around me in a slow circle. “Good,” he said. “Feel the ground under you. Let it hold you up.” I did what he said. The dirt felt solid under my boots. The stone under it felt old and strong. Something in me answered back. Power rose slow from my feet up through my legs. It filled my chest without rushing. My hands opened at my sides. The bond tugged once more. Drax felt it on his end. His breath caught sharp. He stood up fast wherever he was. I smiled a little with my eyes still closed.
