Sold to My Ex-Husband
I hoped he realized something after what happened to us during our last night together, but it all faded when he didn’t treat me well these past few weeks.
“Make him jealous,” I heard Kaz suggested.
“What?” I giggled at his suggestion.
“I am a man, Pat,” he was serious, “I have seen how he looked at you, and I know he tried to deny that he has feelings for you.”
I do not know how to answer him because, honestly, I do not want to have false hopes.
“Make him jealous,” he repeated his suggestion, “If he will react, then you will know you still have a chance. If he won’t, then leave.”
