Secrets of the Luna

Secrets of the Luna

Maybe even forcing them to move Vincent. “Ethan, get in here.” I had three minutes to get downstairs to be seen. His hand must have already been on the door handle as he walked in a second later. “What do you need?” “This is a d******d timer from the hacker. You need to press shut down right before it ends. However, I need to be in the public eye since we have that luna brunch. I have to go but you need to press shut down. After that, you need to shut the computer down. Got it?” I asked and stood up.

I am in love. I see a little of Kristen in Grace with her clumsiness and her attitude. Overall, the story is well written. I love how Grace sticks up for herself even though her mouth can get her into trouble. I am curious how much of a hold her family truly has on her.

Love the book although the plot is just a repetition of Tattooed Luna with a few differences. Same storylines… FL with complicated childhood being hunted down by villain with Mafia ties and overprotective brother is also in the mix. Just too similar in my view. But enjoyable nonetheless.

It's Time to Let Go

It's Time to Let Go

He still refused to give up. "Cindy, calm down," he tried again. "I just—" "Calm down? I can't stay calm!" I took a deep breath to rein in my temper. "I'll say this one last time, Charles. We are done! Please stop bothering me!" With that, I stormed off, ignoring his voice calling after me. I ran all the way to the station. Only after sitting down on the train did my heartbeat gradually return to normal. Just then, my phone rang.

I hope that’s not the end end. So many left off pieces of the story all his friends on the other world, all the other gods story lines, he’s only used his blood born weapons and armour twice. Hasn’t even made it out of dreamscape yet. Still have everything in true verse going on while he “asleep”

The Rogue Alpha Reverses the Time

The Rogue Alpha Reverses the Time

"Why are you rushing? We have all the time." "Shut up, lycan bastard." "Domi, behave." I straightened my back when Valerian gently pinched my flank. I frowned, glaring at him. But he only winked at me. With no other choice, I had to turn with them. "I am thinking of making an attack this dawn. I can be able to handle it since stopping the time is to my advantage." I did not want to risk their lives even though it would be harmless. Since if in case that everything had gone south, I could turn back the time whenever I pleased. But I needed to restrict it since it would dissipate my strength.

Vampire High

Vampire High

Clementine POV "What's the Gredator?" He turned to me and sadness and concern could be seen in his eyes. He averted his eyes and looked at the setting sun. I feel his answer will be strange. His eyes seemed to be shouting not to ask that question. "Gredator." He said and took a deep breath. "Monster, that's what they call Gredators." He said then spells. "Gredators can stop time. They control time." His answer immediately drew in my chest. I averted my eyes and looked at the sun.

The Goddess of Wisdom and creation. (A dark gods novel)

The Goddess of Wisdom and creation. (A dark gods novel)

Smoke was filling the air, so I swiped my hand sending a gust of wind to extinguish the flames and smoke. I grabbed a dagger and threw it at the Goddess of Destruction. It disintegrated instantly. I pulled out more dagger and started throwing them. Luther stepped forward putting his hands up. They turnt my way and came full speed towards me. I stopped time instantly. It was the only way to stop the impact with such short time. I swiped them down and unfroze time. Everyone looked confused.

Forever in the Past and Forever in the Future

Forever in the Past and Forever in the Future

She actually recommends additional training with my guards to keep the trend going. Now that life is more under control, I show her what Delilah and I have practiced. She is impressed with my command of the burning energy and decides we will practice more intensively on stopping time. We don’t just focus on the actions, we discuss theory as well. Stopping time is very related to controlling the energy of the environment around me, not just my energy. I have to send my spirit out of my body to manipulate energy but I need to be able to do it without meditating. The morning we are scheduled to leave, Lady Camille summons me to her office for one last private conversation.

I am SO glad that I read this story/book!!! It was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish!! Such a great storyline & plot, and especially characters!! SO sad that some important characters died at the end, but I know it wasn’t Kas’s fault!! I felt “every” emotion known to man while reading it!!!

Just finished “Forever in the past and forever in the future” for the second time. Loved it as much as the first time! Kas/Lex & Bronx/Saint are great, their dynamics are wonderful. The supporting characters are amazing and a great compliment to the mains. So excited to continue on with the sequel.

My Lord Alpha

My Lord Alpha

Sabine explained. "Would it help?" she asked eyeing her skeptically. "It should at least, I can't guarantee a 100%," Sabine finished with the sage and tossed the remnant in the sink. She pulled open her drawer and brought out a small round stopwatch, after fiddling with it, handed it to him "This stopwatch is set one hour. Press the red button immediately after you enter Hades' lair. I don't know how time moves on that side, but this watch would keep you informed of the real-time over here."

How does this book have such low views? This is a masterpiece! This might be my first time reading a werewolf story so zealously without missing any details. Such a breath of fresh air and unique storyline from the other books in this app. The alternate universe, the timeline, everything is so good.

When I saw the title "The Lord Alpha" , I was like 'what the hell is this book about?' It never disappointed though. Wayne and Candice so much reveals how twisted our fates could be at times and I kept imagining how it'd be if I suddenly uncover my spouse was a mermaid or something weirder even...

Frequently Asked Questions

Time travel in 'How to Stop Time' isn't your typical sci-fi gadgetry or wormhole nonsense—it's a hauntingly beautiful curse wrapped in melancholy. The protagonist, Tom Hazard, doesn't hop between eras with a machine; he lives through them at an agonizingly slow pace. His body ages about fifteen times slower than a normal human's, meaning he's been alive since the 16th century but looks middle-aged. The book paints this as a double-edged sword: he's witnessed history firsthand, from Shakespeare's London to jazz-age Paris, but outlives everyone he loves.

What makes it gripping is how the 'time travel' feels less like a superpower and more like a prison. The Alba, a secret society of people like him, enforce strict rules to keep their existence hidden. No staying in one place too long, no falling in love—unless it's with another Alba. The prose lingers on the weight of memory; Tom's past isn't just a backdrop but a visceral burden. When he walks through modern London, he doesn't just see streets—he sees centuries of ghosts layered over them. His 'gift' is really a form of suspended animation, where time bends around him but never lets go.

The mechanics are deliberately vague, which works perfectly for the story. There's no pseudoscience babble about DNA mutations or quantum physics—just a quiet, aching realism. Tom's condition is treated like a rare disease, something to be managed, not celebrated. The closest thing to an explanation comes from his mentor, Hendrich, who hints it's a fluke of evolution, a quirk that surfaces unpredictably. The real focus is on how time stretches and contracts emotionally. A single afternoon with a lost love can feel like an eternity, while decades blur into forgettable monotony. That's the brilliance of the novel: it makes you feel the sticky, relentless passage of time, not just observe it.
