Something hot. Tears.

Ophelia's eyes turned red as tears kept rolling down her cheeks. Edward set the cooked noodles on the table in the living room without even taking off his apron. He was about to get her a glass of orange juice when he looked down and noticed her tearful expression. For a moment, his heart throbbed in pain. Ophelia rarely cried, yet she was crying rather miserably in a pitiful state. Tears kept flowing down her cheeks. "What happened, Ophelia? Who bullied you? Is this about those nasty things the reporters said? Or did the fans say something?"

I couldn’t shake the feeling that someone was staring at me when the sting of the whip hit my back. “GET BACK TO WORK!” An ugly-looking guard sneered as I flinched. I grabbed the shirt and washed it without looking for any stains. I was fighting back tears, refusing to cry! I wouldn’t cry! Not in front of these people! No matter what they did to me! I won’t cry!! I tried to shake the feeling that someone was looking at me and focusing on what I had to do, but I couldn’t.

Tears formed in the back of my eyes. His eyes widened, remembering said action. “I-I…RIV–” He tried to reach out for me but I moved and cut him off. “NO! NO.” I tore my eyes away and turned around wiping my falling tears. Gosh, when did I turn into a crybaby?

Tears pricked my eyes, but I blinked them away. “Fuck”

He growls, adjusts his junk, and walks out. Tears fill my eyes as I back against the wall and bring my knees to my chest, sobbing into my legs. I am.

Not one bit. I wasn't sure how long I stood rooted in my spot for, but before long, I didn't miss the wetness that stung the back of my eyes. It clouded my vision and no matter how many times I tried to blink back to clear things out, it just didn't work out. Nothing seemed to be working, and all that did was frustrate me all the more. The tears dropped slowly, and in less than a couple of minutes, I was starting to sniff,whilst trying my best to hold back a sob. I knew I was this close to breaking into a full blown crying contest, and maybe I would have, had someone not interfered.

My knees slolly weakened as I tried to suppress my tears. I don't want him to see how miserable I am in front of him, but I couldn't stop my emotions from exploding. My tears fell and my shoulders slowly shook. Because of embarrassment and fear, I dropped my head down to hide my face. The toughness in my eyes were already gone. I am tired of fighting. I don't have energy to continue what I've started. With one fluid movement, he took a step closer to me. His fingers slowly touched my skin, gently wiping my tears.

"Please don't cry... You know I can't bear tears in your eyes." "Please Aana. you're making me feel helpless because I can't wipe your tears." She closed her eyes, trying to calm her emotions. That's when she felt a hand wiping her tears. She immediately opened her eyes and looked at Vince, finding him looking at the other side. She followed his gaze and found Aaron looking at her. Even he had tears in her eyes.
