Juicy put her hand on her hips and tapped her foot in annoyance, staring at everyone in the room until they averted their eyes. Riley I dragged my tongue across my cracked, dry lips, the metallic taste of blood lingering there as I watched him—this human who held me captive in this damn basement. They’re most sought by our people because they’re delicious and cheap,” Galum added the testimony. “Actually, Jai, my mother’s Herb Pudding has that berry in it too, you know? She just grind them to smooth,” Darrion said. Jai raised his eyebrows. “Really? Well. I certainly need to try some.” “I think we have some at home. Just ask my mother for some,” Darrion told him.

Something had to cause this. My frantic search for water continues, this delirious state playing on me until I can barely stand it. My eyes land on a small berry that has somehow made its way to me.
