WOLF GAMES

WOLF GAMES

Then why does it wrench your soul with itching pain? The toast had cooled by the time I got to the kitchen. Having placed slices of ham, cheese and accompanying ingredients on toasted bread, she reached for the coffee maker. Her hands trembled a little in tension, which is why she managed to spill the freshly brewed drink, getting it on her blouse. - Crap! — I couldn’t help but be indignant.

Iridian

Iridian

There are many tales that explain why the Game Maker doesn’t age, tales of fiction with increments of truth. Some say the Game Maker’s mate was a powerful witch, scorned when she caught him with another woman. As she killed the Game Maker’s mistress, she devised a plot. Instead of killing the Game Maker, she cursed him and halted the aging process. He would never cross death’s doors and reunite with his beloved. There are hundreds of tales similar to this, all fairytales of magical beings and curses born from a black heart. “I think we’re going to have to agree to disagree.” I chuckled, taking a bite of my grilled cheese. Even though I ate at the diner two times a week, Andy’s bacon grilled

Such a well written book and the story really drags you in, I’ve enjoyed reading this so much and hope a sequel comes out. I really feel this book should be printed, I’d read it over and over again. The book is long but it’s well worth it.
Therese Dahlqvist
The author has a fantastic ability to keep me on the edge of my seat and a great ability to describe the scenery around the characters. I find the characters to be mostly well defined and consistent throughout the book. There are some typos and incorrect grammar, but not enough to disturb me complet

Falling for Sakura

Falling for Sakura

“When will you all get a nice girl and settle down? Aside from you, of course, Conrad, since you’re still too young.” Conrad snorted at his sister to show her his annoyance and returned his attention to his tablet, playing the new, not-yet-released zombie game Hayden and Darcy had given him as a trial from their video game company, HD Game, Inc., which they had built themselves from scratch a year ago.

Gunmetal Mama

Gunmetal Mama

She returned her hands to the front of her stomach when the gunman locked his eyes on her belly. The gunman licked his lips eagerly. “I know you hate me, darling. You don’t really wanna talk to me. But tell me, did my game feel real to you? I tried to put real-life situations in the game, like your son’s kidnapping and the death of your husband. I wanted to make an action-packed video game, like Halo, Assassin’s Creed, or Final Kill 3.” The gunman paused for a second, licking his lips and admiring his last sentence. “The crazy couple who broke into your vacation house and kidnapped your boy were drugged criminals who were holding your son for ransom. But in my video game, I made the kidnappe

Pucking Around with Fate

" _*]:min-w-0 gap-3" Gunner snorted at Khyle's halfhearted attempt to sell him on it. He sounded about as doubtful as Gunner felt. It wasn't that Gunner Jäger was adverse to playing some video games. Guys were guys after all. If there wasn't anything hot to pursue, then having a few beers and running your buddy off the road or shooting him six ways to Sunday was always a good alternate. Video games were fine. At home. At a party. _*]:min-w-0 gap-3">

His Games, Her Rules

His Games, Her Rules

Wow, what an arrogant prick. I’m not stupid. I see the way he looks at me. I see the desire in his eyes and the hunger. I may not know what he’s trying to get out of the games that he’s playing with me, but I’m never going to give him the satisfaction that he’s going to win. Not this time. If he’s used to having his way with everything and anything, he needs to understand I’m not the type of girl he can easily subdue. He needs to try harder.

The Games of the Heart

The Games of the Heart

I want the full impact of my shopping spree to hit him all at once, without warning. I make my way to a cozy little restaurant before continuing my shopping excursion, my growling stomach urging me to satisfy its hunger pangs. I didn’t have breakfast before I left. The aroma of freshly cooked meals wafts through the air, making my mouth water. I settle into a seat by the window, the warm sunlight streaming in and casting a golden glow over the table. After placing my order, I pull out my phone, seeking a momentary escape. I click on a compilation of cat videos. Soft giggles escape my lips as I watch a particularly playful kitten tumble head over heels, lost in the simple joy of the Moment.

Awesome! This is the second book I’ve read from this author and it is outstanding! Love this family and their story. Wonderful storyline, written well, held my interest, strong characters, not drawn out and just an amazing love story. Adding you to my favorite list author. Will be reading more.

I loved this book. The grammar and English were great. I’ve partly read and quit several books on there that were literally unreadable. I got a little confused on Andrea’s family not knowing Stefano but it was explained later.

Horror Games and Burritos

Horror Games and Burritos

I had been gone only a few days, and they were already looking for a replacement to make burritos. So be it. I was a player, and they were ghosts. We were never meant to be on the same side. The kitchen was filled with danger—every creature crawling out was at least S-level. The players used a pile of items just to barely make one burrito. Some players remembered that ghosts didn’t eat human food and stuffed fingers, teeth, and other strange things into theirs. I walked into the kitchen, trembling, only to discover that the previously blood-soaked kitchen had instantly become spotless.

Make Me Yours: Heron’s Landing Book 3

Make Me Yours: Heron’s Landing Book 3

She suddenly couldn’t eat in the living room: it hurt too much. Instead, Kat went to her bedroom to eat and to work on her most recent video game she’d been creating. She had started making video games earlier that year, mostly to distract herself from her grandmother’s declining health. Sitting down at her computer, she ate her TV dinner of pasta and broccoli, fiddling with code and making the finishing touches on the game she’d been working on ever since Lillian had passed away.

THE GAME

She walked ahead while I trailed behind her. . . . Natalie's P. O. V It was a mall, but it did have a lot of things that interested me, from the restaurant to the supermarket, to boutiques... Everything. But the one I especially took interest in was the gaming center. I spent a great deal of time there, trying out all the games. " No, no, no! Don't die! " Xander murmured. I smiled smugly. " How did you learn like this?" Xander's asked, turning to me.
