Hunter X Edric Novels & Stories

"If you're this cruel now, I wonder how cruel you will become after birth. I only hope you find the books of Ginnak fast." A loud shriek creaked, and only Alexandra understood it. Standing up gently, she mumbled. "My time is up. I'll kill the witch once her work is done." With this, she vanished. As Decius was about to lower his cup on a stool, he caught a glimpse of someone from the corner of his eyes. He didn't need to get a clear image of the person to know who it was… Sasha. Without sapping time, Decius jerked off his seat and soared towards her.

I shoved a few people out of my way as I hurried toward the distant fight. As I turned the corner to where the fight was, I arrived just in time for the enchanted glasses to be knocked off Khalid’s face, the glamor fading away to reveal his true face as one of the vampires from Tulio’s nest punched him as two others held him in place. Well shit. Maybe he should have enchanted something that couldn’t be easily knocked off. I knew in an instant they recognized him as the wanted hunter.

I could feel the fear and sadness radiating off her and I was at a loss. I closed the door and then walked across the hall to my room, opening the door. I closed it behind me and then punched the wall with my Lycan strength. My fist went right through the drywall, breaking the stud that was behind it and the entire wall shook, dislodging plaster. I backed up and looked at my fist, my knuckles broken and blood streaming from the wounds. As I watched, Dex started healing me. I heard a gentle tap on the door, and I strode over, jerking it open. Jarrett was on the other side.

What Edward had observed over those few minutes in the basement left me speechless. First of all, now he’d gotten a closer look at it, he agreed it was no demon from hell. In his supernatural eyes, it had a humanoid shape but moved on all fours, like a grizzly, and it was about the same size. We’d confirmed it understood my words, or at least their meaning, but he couldn’t tell if it was too weak to speak, incapable of verbal communication, or just didn’t want to even try.

He stopped tapping my cheeks and looked at the man behind him, the man with blue eyes. “She’s a hunter Alarick,” silver guy nodded and looked at me again. “So, did you have a good sleep?” Alarick, the silver guy asked. I groaned and look the other way, just when I am about to close my eyes, Alarick, the silver guy, softly grabbed my chin and controlled it to look at him. Both of them seemed unfazed by my presence and I can only think of one thing; they’ve killed a lot of humans that an alive one doesn’t scare them at all.

Even the Prime stiffens, teeth bared, fury barely contained. The figure’s attention slides to me. You persist, it observes. I force myself upright, blood dripping from my mouth. “So do you.” A pause. Then—amusement. You are no longer viable. The interface is contaminated. Ethan drags himself to his feet beside me, swaying but unbroken. “You take one more step—” The Architect lifts a single hand. Every wolf slams into the ground. I scream as the pressure crushes my lungs, my vision dimming.

He silently continues walking, passing Dad Griffin who’s watching with a proud gleam in his eyes as Hunter lifts Heidi's body bridal style and heads for another entrance that isn’t the hall’s. I’ve been watching Hunter since he was born, and I understand Zavere’s shock—the latter’s gotten so used to Hunter being human that he’s already forgetting the darkest sides of him; the sides he’d shown and dealt me with (No, do not calculate our age difference. Really, don’t).

Harrison's whole body felt very stiff, and cold with fear. "It is me, Luciana Edith. Your ex mate, Harrison Hux. I am your ex mate. The one you destroyed her entire life in one night. Even at the end of my life, I never forgot you for a second. But you, who did all those terrible things to me, can just forget about it? Well... Harrison... well..." Lucia grinned, when she realized Harrison was starting to feel short of breath there.

"Out here. Until they're ready." "And while we are waiting, Lord Blackwood, I'd like to give you something." Edric reached into his pocket. His movements were slow, careful, deliberate. His fingers emerged holding a small blue crystal—polished, smooth, gleaming faintly in the torchlight. "I don't know what he meant to you, Lord Blackwood." Edric's voice was quiet. "But it seems that he was someone who mattered. Even though you acted like he didn't." He held out the crystal. "A part of him. For you to carry with you."

A young man with blond hair and blue eyes, holding a pencil in front of him, opened the door with an unpleasant expression: "What do you want?" "I need to get in. My friend is in there," Eric said. The blonde teenager looked at a man wearing a black t-shirt and jeans, a clean man at first glance, and immediately his eyes lit up. He initially liked men, and under the direction of director Hoanh, he was often in this city raging unruly. Now, looking at Eric's white face, I feel that my whole body is dry and hot. His dangerous eyes narrowed, revealing a rogue smile: "Is your friend the Omega named Haley? That stupid woman is your friend? Friends are great. Do you want to come in and play togeth
