I Am Strong I Am Invincible I Am Woman Novels & Stories

I screamed. I turned to face him and he smiled. “You don’t need anyone to lower the bar for you.” “I DON’T NEED ANYONE TO LOWER THE BAR FOR ME.” “You’re strong and phenomenal.” “I’M SO STRONG AND PHENOMENAL.” “You don’t need fixing. You’re a super woman.” “I DON’T NEED FIXING. I’M A SUPERWOMAN. ANDRO’S IRON LADY.” He burst into laughter. “Yeah, Iron lady in a good way.”

一 My mother came close to me at the edge of the pool. 一 In the good things in life, no matter how much they try to make me sad I always get stronger, no matter what the obstacle I know I will always win 一 I spoke firmly. 一 This was the woman I raised you to be, look at me 一 She asked and so I did 一 Never let anyone try to put you down, always remember where your strength comes from. 一 I know mom, the Beatrix from before doesn't exist anymore, no matter who she is, nobody will try to humiliate me because I know my worth.

“Damn, I’m trapped here because of those bastards, and I’m too weak to fight them.” She muttered as she held back the pain in her mouth. But in the midst of her despair, a woman in the next cage answered her. “You want power?” Antillia turned to the source of the voice. There was a 25-year-old woman who was chained almost all over her body. “What do you mean?” Antillia asked. “You are too weak, right? Do you want more power to fight them? I will give you a very powerful power,” the woman said.

“You’re pretty but too weak. This tiny thing would never have taken Sarah down so easily.” “And you have mood swings.” I retorted. She insulted Sarah yesterday, saying she wished Sarah was more like me and now she insulted me that Sarah was stronger. I didn’t take any offense in it though. While she was wrong about Sarah being unable to attract a man, she was right about the fact that I wasn’t as strong as Sarah. Portia groaned, trying to wringle out of Amelia’s hold but Amelia held fast. She didn’t even look like she was doing a piece of work. She was also another strong woman.

She leaned closer to the woman, then whispered, “You have a choice. Promise me you won't harm yourself. You’ve survived this long. You’re strong, you have to keep surviving.” The woman looked up again, tired but curious. “Strong? No, I am helpless and weak.” “No, you are strong,” Aria countered. “You've survived and carried four babies through this hell. Yes, you are strong. I promise you, if I am to leave here, I am taking everyone with me.” The woman's eyes widened and her lips trembled. She forced a smile.

"You, Ivana Williams is getting scared just because of a ramp walk? Are you serious Iva? You've crossed lots of hurdles and I can't even think how you got that courage to do so. You've always been confident and courageous Iva. You've always accepted what life has given to you and proved that you're capable of fighting for yourself no matter what. You're my inspiration, you're my SUPERWOMAN Iva." Miya said holding her hands.

I knew she might not be fully confident in herself and may have her doubts as a warrior, so I decided to use what I had just done to encourage her. I held her hands that were stretched out on the counter and gave her a warm and comforting smile. "I'm sure you saw all that just happened here, and I know that is what you have always wished to do. To be bold and fight like a warrior that you are, and shut the mouth of your unbelievers. You should not let anyone speak down on you or your strength just because you are a woman. Do not care or bother yourself about what other people think or say about you. Only you know who you are and what you can do. Don't let them tell you you have no place beca

She glances at her shoulder which is already healed and glares back at them, her heart pounding with rage. “I can’t take on all six of you at once but if you’re men with balls still between your legs and not useless wimps, come at me one after the other and I’ll show you the strength of a woman.” She may not even match them individually in strength but if their ego leads them to agree, she might stand a chance. She must survive….for Tatum, for Amara, for the people of the Blood Oak pack. “Oh right?” one of them scoffs, “leave her to me boys, I’ll show her the strength of a woman is only needed in the kitchen and the bedroom,” he says and the others laugh in agreement.

"How about you? Don't you want to stop? After all, this is just because of your dream. My child, you're a strong woman. You don't need a man. You don't have to make your own weakness. You are powerful on your own. You don't need a family." "What?" I suddenly consider slapping him but that might convince him to withdraw his blessing. "I know I'm a strong woman... but I'm not a martyr. The common definition is exaggerated. And I define mine. Yes, I'm a strong woman because I know how it felt to be weak. I'm not rising consistently, I do fall sometimes. I'm not doing this for myself. I'm doing this for the people I love and because they are my strength too, and I know I can do it for them becau

Then she looks at me, direct and steady, and says: "Nothing you're not willing to freely give." The room doesn't move. But something inside me does. . . something foundational, something I'd built my entire understanding of strength around . . . and I realize, sitting here in the low light beside this woman made of silver and survived suffering, that those seven words are the most terrifying thing anyone has ever asked of me.
