I spoke quietly as we made our way through the hallway. “Have I made you feel any different? And you got to be kidding me? Insecure? Seriously? Have you seen you? You are the most beautiful woman I have ever seen and I don’t care if you think I’m being cheesy. It’s the truth. People were probably jealous back inside. Please don’t think too much baby,” He pulled me closer and hugged me.

He is lost in his thoughts because he didn't realize the my presence in room. I closed the door and locked it after entering inside. I walked slowly to him. My bangles and anklet making a sound when i walked to him. When I reached to him, I encircled my arms around him and hugged him from behind. I packed on his back softly put my cheek on his back. "What are you thinking so deeply, love." I asked him while snuggling more to him and rub my cheek against his back. "You.." He said while still looking at the sky.

And I mean it. Right now, the thought of him not being with me in two months already started to hurt me. As if Matthew could read my thoughts he pulled me into a hug, and there were millions of happiness escaping from my body when his body touched mine. .

Melody's POV: I couldn't help but flinch as harsh sunlight made me open my eyes. My head was pressed lightly against someone's chest. I didn't have to look up to see who it was. I blinked twice before pressing myself closer against him. In response I felt him wrap his arm around me. Seconds passed by until I was sure I couldn't just push all those thoughts away. I didn't want to think about it. Not a single thing. But those thoughts were banging against my skull, wanting to be noticed. I closed my eyes and held onto my breath.

This is my place; this is my heart. “What are you doing?” He breathes into the top of my hair, his arms still by his side and I only squeeze him more, closing my eyes tighter as I breathe him in and try to get lost in how he feels. I have missed him so much. I can’t remember the last time we held each other this way and it’s what I need. “I’m giving you a hug, because I think you need one.” I sigh against his chest. Savoring the strong solid mass of my boy and how much his touch can change everything. I need him more than I think he knows, and I hope he still needs me too.

I mumbled coldly as I thought about it. The four of them hugged each other happily as they looked at me and all I could do was a sigh, helplessly because of it.

I asked him frowning. “What I mean is you are perfect the way you are to me. If there is any change, then we wouldn’t be molded like this at all.” He replied and hugged me tightly gesturing at our hug. “So stop those stupid thoughts and just believe that I can never think of anyone other than you, even when some demon is sitting on my head.” He said and I just looked at him with tears forming in my eyes. “Shh... Let’s just enjoy.” He said, twirling me around, and I did enjoy with him.

In my mind, he was nothing more than a contemptible dickhead. Yet in this very moment, it defies that thought.
