Eyeing me strangely he stopped pouring in his glass and sat the bottle down.
“You don't want to drink wine?”
“I'm not in the mood right now,” I answered him.
Looking deflated, he muttered that his plans were ruined, and I furrowed my brow at him.
“What does that mean, Sir?” I questioned him with a bit of anger.
Sitting back, he took a sip and said, “I was, um, I was going to ask you to be my wife. I figured that we could marry each other during the coronation and kill two birds at once. So are you interested?”
