It was the Tyrant Hammer. The moment the hammer appeared, without any hesitation, Ambrose pointed at Tenoch and roared, "kill him!" The Tyrant Hammer smashed into Tenoch like a cannonball as soon as he finished speaking. What? It was impossible! Tenoch was utterly taken aback when he saw that scene. He had no idea the Tyrant Hammer was so intelligent that it could comprehend Ambrose's commands. Ambrose accidentally obtained the Tyrant Hammer when he was very young. He had spent the next ten years concentrating on comprehending the hammer's power. He had formed a special spiritual bond with the hammer over the years.

Maverick flinched, bracing for Tyr to tear into him — but I only scooped my mate from his arms and turned for the door. "I know, Maverick. I know. You did everything you could. Then all of a sudden, the Tyrant’s eyes burned brighter than ever before. And something shifted. Its form stabilized completely. No longer flickering. No longer hesitating. It had successfully learned all it needed to know. The voice echoed again. It was cold and final. “ADAPTATION ACKNOWLEDGED.” Aria’s blood ran cold at the sound of it.
