Nakahinga si Meldy at inakalang nakalusot siya sa kamalasan sa buhay, hindi niya alam na pinasok niya pala ang pa-in na nilaan para sa kaniya ni Eliot Santisas. Ngumisi siya habang binabaybay ang daan papunta sa kwarto ni Elise. “I think it’s time for you to pay your sin.” Ang mga salitang naglalaro sa isipan ni Eliot.
