Immortal Shoes Novels & Stories

"What happened to them?" Quickstep asked after the naked men were transported into the mansion. He was confused on why they grabbed their third leg like that. Was it not made for walking? He thought. "They were influenced by Althea, Quickstep. And it seems that it is also effective towards an immortal." Juliana answered the question of the bald immortal but whispered the last sentence she made. But her words clearly registered to the ever sharp ears of Quickstep.

Bold, sophisticated, and ready to take on the charity gala. I slipped my feet into the designer black stiletto heels, feeling the familiar surge of confidence as the shoes transformed my posture. The sleek, pointed toes and delicate ankle straps added a touch of sophistication to my overall look. I stood up, my gaze drifting down to admire the way the heels elongated my legs, creating a stunning line from hip to toe.

And in the black God help me she’d look like sin itself. “I’ll take all three,” I said finally, my voice steady. Their eyes widened slightly, but none dared question me. “And shoes?” one of them asked politely. “Yes,” I said. “Three pairs. Something that matches.” They nodded and brought out three pairs each one perfect. The first pair: silver stilettos, slender and sparkling, designed to draw the eye. The second: nude heels, elegant and timeless, made for grace and comfort. The last: black velvet heels, tall, commanding, with a single diamond clasp at the ankle.

“The unique thing about these is we build them with extreme heavy duty velcro. General wear and tear will not rip them apart, but they will rip apart when you transform into your wolf form. The benefit of this is that you do not waste any clothing. From my understanding, your clothes will get ruined if you transform if they are still on your body. These will not.” “That’s not really a bad idea…” I whispered to Jet in the mind-link. “Nope.” “Here are the items individually. Three different styles of black shirt and a men’s or woman’s pant style. The shoes are not going to be velcro possible, but I have created a more stretching material that will provide comfort and protection. I designed the

he handed me a plastic shopping bag. "What's this?" I asked in surprise. He shrugged and tucked a loose weave behind my ears, "Why not check what's inside the bag," I took the bag and brought out a glass-like box with the most beautiful shoes I'd seen all my life. Talk about luxury and taste, my eyes widened in surprise as I brought out the Valentina Eterna shoes. I gaped at the beauty for a few minutes before I got a hold of myself, "You really didn't have to," I raised my head to look at him.

His eyes zero in on my shoes and immediately widen in horror. “I will admit that I hate salads and appreciate you supporting and encouraging me to eat real food if you explain what the fuck is on your feet!” he exclaims, “To quote a certain Wakandan; WHAT ARE THOSE?!” he cries, gesturing dramatically to my shoes. I glance down at the shoes on my feet, “Don’t you go dissing my sandals,” I say defensively. I love these shoes. They’re open-toed sandals with a large white cushioned platform base, neon yellow detailing, extra padding under the heel and two translucent neon yellow buckles that strap over the top. I think they’re great.

He speeds into the closet, and I make my way over to the box. I pick up the shoes; they have a rounded closed toe and are black like my dress, but the heel itself, which is way too high, is covered in sparkling red rubies. I lay the shoes on the bed, knowing I’ll need Samael’s help putting them on… and also walking in them.

“What do you mean, I have to wear this? I’ve worn nothing like this before. I don’t know if I can walk in these.” Tara held up a pair of high-heeled silver scrappy sandals. “It’s one thing to be a complete shoe or boot with a heel. But these are begging to break my ankle the first crack in the sidewalk I find. Or I’ll miss a stair and end up on my head at the bottom of the stairs.”

“So, you mean you’re immortal as well?” Luna asked in shock. They were on their way home at that moment. Ella was also in her uncle’s car on the way back, so they were three in his car. Ella and Simon tell Luna about Simon’s “immortality.” But as expected, she was a little surprised, although Luna had seen everything that had happened there. “If that’s what they call me, I’m probably immortal,” said Simon. “He can heal quickly, Luna, so no matter what weapon you use on Uncle, he won’t die, even the poison,” said Ella.

They never looked comfortable when Luna wore them and they didn't look comfortable now. "Those are basics, right? Like they're things I need?" Serena pleaded. Lena shook her head pouting. "Sorry but basic are those," she pointed at a pair of flat black boots similar to the ones Maddox wore. "Dr Martins." "I like those," I said. Lena and Serena pouted at me and dragged me into the shop. I was thrown to a stool and ordered to remove my shoes so Lena could measure my feet. She grabbed a plastic board and placed it against my foot moving a slider down to my shoes.
