She pointed toward a crumbling archway leading into deeper darkness. “Do you think it’ll lead us to safety?” Grey questioned, reluctant to delve into the unknown, but desperation forced him forward. “Anything is better than staying here,” Lisa replied, the urgency fueling her moves as they slipped through the archway, shadows enclosing them.
