The beast roars again and speeds off the building. The heroes ran to see what happened to him but we were surprised not to see him.

I didn't want to scare our breeder for the sake of Hunter who had strong feelings for her. "I would like to see you try and take her away from me beast. It was Claw. “Alpha Jax. You sound pissed. Have I caught you at a bad time?” he crooned; his tone was laced with sarcasm. Jax and I locked eyes instantly, both holding the same murderous glare. “The Beast has challenged you to a fight to the death,” Jax informed him. “The Reaper has sent his men to drag you to the cage . . . There’s no use trying to run.”
