I smiled to myself. He wasn’t wrong. After all these years, claws, ears and my tail were all I could partial shift without being angry. Auri made it look like it was natural. It was definitely not. Bryan didn’t have the patience past shifting his ears.
My claws maneuvered the pin in all three of the hinges. First, I broke off the top of the pin and then pushed a single claw through to push the rest of the metal pin down. After that was removed, I could wiggle the metal away and pulled the door open. Now, all that was bending was the metal keeping the door locked.
